XXXV : choices

I had still decided to go back to the hotel room and shower even after Luke woke up. I was tired and wanted to rest for a little while, the shock of Luke being hurt still running through my veins.

I slipped on some sweatpants and a sweatshirt before lying on top of the cushy hotel mattress. 

Memories of Luke and I kissing on a hotel bed flood my mind and redden my cheeks. I still can't get his taste out of my head. 

I get out my phone and notice a few messages from both Luke and Ashton.

Luke: Annaaaaaa

Luke: when are you coming back I miss you

Luke: please come backkkkkk annaaaaaaa 

I laugh at Luke's 'begging' and then go look at Ashton's messages.

Ashton: Hellllooooo

Ashton: You wanna hang out before we head back to the hospital?

Ashton: Anna???? Pleaseeeee?

Ashton: I have chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream

Anna: I am on my way.

Ashton: I knew that would get you. And don't worry, I'll come to you.

I had sat up and was going to get ready to go to Ashton's room for some of that ice cream, but when he texted me that he was going to come here, I was glad to oblige.

Anna: Okay, but hurry up :)))

Ashton: I honestly don't know what you want more. Me or my ice cream.

Anna: I want the ice cream more duh, you’re just the messenger.

Anna: lol jk Ash I love you, and I would rather hang with you any day than eat ice cream

Ashton: Sure. 

Anna: It's true!! I promise.

Ashton: fine, I'll believe you. I'm almost there.

Anna: YAY! MY ICE CREAM IS ALMOST HERE!

Ashton: meanie.

I hop off the bed and walk to the hotel door and unlock it and open it to reveal Ashton and a half gallon of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.
