Chapter 54 (Morning POV)

(Eliza POV)

I woke up with sun shining through the blinds.
The bright sun and the birds chirping out the window.
Mrs Jane hugging me with her breath hitting my exposed chest . I shifted slowly trying to not wake her.
I got up , took my phone and head downstairs to the kitchen.

I boiled water and placed 2 tea bags into me and
Mrs Jane's Cup.

While waiting for the water to boil. I went ahead and checked my phone.
Its currently 5am, We have approximately 2 hours to get ready and head to school to receive our grades ;')

Charles : i think it wasn't a good idea to drink the day before receiving our grades.
Yin : you drank like 6 wine glasses ofcourse -_-
Chels : me and yin drank 2 glasses so far.
Dilan : pftt your a wussy charles. Look at me i drank like 10 glasses and im sober asf.

Dilan : your early.
Charles : oh shit , she is.
Charles : so anything going on between you and mrs jane after yall went back home last night? 😏

Yin : Leave her alone boys.
Chels : they were exhausted i don't think they did anything , ykwis.
Me : nah nothing happen. She was dead asleep 🤣.
Yin : we should visit you and Mrs Jane house someday.
Dilan : im bringing champagne.
Charles : wine on me.
Chels : i dont think Mrs Jane want us to ruin her house.
Me : i dont think she mind yall visiting.
Yin : then its a plan !.
Charles : idk about yall but im pretty nervous about getting our results today.
Dilan : yeah no shit. I didnt sleep at all.
Chels : now your mentioning it. Im scared now.
Yin : its fine. Although i think i could have done better with maths :'/

The water boiled and i poured into our cups
"Your up early 😉"
Mrs Jane came downstairs.
"Hey goodmorning"
I gave her a kiss and handed her cup.
"So you nervous today?"
I took a sip of my tea while my eyes wandered out the window from the kitchen.
"Kind of. 50/50"
She smiled and grabbed my hand
"I think you did great no matter what"
I looked at her and grabbed her waist pulling her closer to me.

(Yin POV)

Its currently 6 and i have an hour to get ready.
Its pretty chilly today.
I was hoping it will be sunny but oh well.

(Knock knock)
"Heyy dad ordered pizza for breakfast"
My lil bro came in.
"Pizza? Again? No thanks imma make myself some oatmeal."
My bro walked towards me and sat beside my bed.
"Are you moving out after u graduate?
He looked at me with his eyes tired, like he never slept for almost a week.
"You my friend , need to start sleeping early and stop playing games"
Its been a week since our big sis moved out to australia with her boyfriend.
Apparently she and my bro used to be close before she moved out. I kinda understand he feels lonely without us. Im moving out after i graduate. And hes only on his 3rd year in High school ')
As a big sis i pitied him.
"Yea, im moving out"
he looked down staring at the floor. But he smiled.
"I see , well goodluck exploring out there"
I thought he would have cried or tell me not to move .
But he just sat there smiling .
"And you need to study your best . And explore once you're older"
I hugged him and  he got up and left my room.
I looked out the window . Seeing my dad leave for work . And the empty parking lot my sis used to parked her car there.

I turned my head around looking at the family portrait hanging on my wall that we took 5 years ago.

"Apparently we grow wings and leave the nest"

I head downstairs to make myself a bowl of oatmeal.  counter desk of our dining table with 3 large boxes of pepperoni pizza. Sometimes i think my family forgets we are family of 4 now after my sis left the nest.

I sigh.
I placed the pizza in the fridge.
And made myself breakfast.
I felt someone staring me from a far distant.
Only to see My bro standing there with his hands in his pockets.
I smiled at him .
" Im heading out with my friends. See ya "
He said , he waved at me and head out the door.

"Sometimes i forget he isnt little anymore"

(Chels POV)

Can we talk about how nervous i am?
What if i fail?
What if i didnt get good grades?
WHAT IF I DIDNT DO MY BEST.

Omg chill Chelsy .
We cant Overthink now.

Normally i take a morning jog to keep fit.
Its pretty much a daily routine.
I put on my jogging clothes and brought my protein shake with me for the jog.

While jogging i saw a house with moving boxes outside.
Looks like someone is moving in.
I see kids toys laying around and a king size bed on the front porch of the house.
Looks like they're are married couple with kids .
How lovely.  Moving trucks started appearing infront of the house . Handling furnitures and stuffs.

I was distracted looking at the house. And suddenly a yellow ball landed infront me.
I looked around finding a girl looking at me.
"Its this yours?"
I said, She nodded as i handed her the ball she gave me a small warm smile.
She reminds me of someone tho.
Her eyes.
Her face shape.
Until i saw a woman approaching .
"Hello there , did my girl cost you trouble?"
She was tall , pretty , her voice is soft , her hair is orange .
"Oh not at all. I came to gave her yellow ball"
She thanked me and patted her daughter's head
"You must be our neighbors. We're new here , we just moved as you can see "
She pointed the house where all the things are moving in.
"Ohh ofcourse , im Chels . I live at A107"
I smiled and extended my hand to shake hers.
"Im Kelsea , you can call me Kel and this is my daughter , Sevi as in Sevianna.
Sevi smiled at me shyly and hid behind her mom.
"My husband is around you should say hi to him"
As when i was about to say i have to go. I saw a guy figure heading towards us. I thought it would be one of the moving guys. But he looked familiar.

My jaw dropped.

My eyes grew hide and i felt my heart raced.
My childhood sweet heart...
I shook my head and played it professional.
"Chels? its been forever"
Levi stood beside his wife and daughter smiling
"Levi , its been long. I should have guess .
You have a lovely family"
I scratch my head .
"Ah yes you've met my wife kel and daughter sevi.
We all had a lovely conversation until its time for me to take my leave ofcourse. I promised them tea tomorrow at my house. I waved them goodbye.

I reached back home.
And my phone rang.
