Chapter 2 (just met)

(Eliza POV)

I placed my unwanted stuff in my locker and rushed to math class
it appears i was running abit late and i didn't even realized...

I ran to class fixed my collar and straightened my hair
before taking a big breath out and entered my class.

I smilled at my classmates and then faced my teacher , great just the person i was avoiding.

It was the teacher i saw back at the parking lot.

"Can i help you?"
She asked me while her eyebrow narrowed,
"Uhhh Eliza Sky , I'm the new student"
I replied trying not to get eye contact with her for too long ,
i swear her eyes has some kind of spell that makes my face red everytime i look at them.

"Owh your the new student ?" She looked at me and smiled ,
i found a seat way at the back next to the window ,
it was a great spot ,plus i could see the white board better .

I took a seat and then a voiced and hand appeared right before me.
"Heyy Eliza right? my name Chels "
A pretty brunette girl extended her hand out to shake mine.
"Nice to meet you Chels " i smiled.
Chels and i got along pretty well ,
we joke around often during class and even got detention for throwing a paper ball at Miss Liyin, Our PE teacher.
First day of school? Getting detention? How bout that:)

(After school )
Chels and I decided to go to a small cafe next to our school ,
it appears they have one of the best donuts in town
so we couldn't resist to try it .

While walking to the cafe ,
i was eager to know more about our math teacher ,
so i asked Chels .
"Hey Chels ,can you tell me more about our math teacher"
i asked her
"our math teacher? , you mean Mrs Jane?"
She replied while looking at her book,
"uh yeah?"
So Mrs Jane is her name? Sounds cute. Yet so plain :/
"why do you wanna know more about her?"
She asked me with a questionable voice,
"Owh.. nothing it's just
i wanna get to know her thats all"
totally a lie , i just wanna get more information about her so i can stalk her :)

I'm joking.

We arrived in the cafe , saw an empty seat and we ordered our drinks and donuts.

We sat down , place our bags to our side and enjoyed the view out the window ,
"well i don't know alot about Mrs Jane but i do know is , she's engaged"
Chels said while sipping on to her coffee ,
"Owh.. i see"
bummer if she was single i would totally made my move :(
"you like her don't you?"
She smirked at me,
"what are you talking about?"
I replied
"Something about you screams gay"
Isnt it obvious? I'm gay or people can read my mind?
"Okay I might be gay but why do you say i like Mrs Jane?"
Yeah why do i like mrs jane :/
"Owh.. Eliza Your not fooling around , I'm with you whole day in school , i can clearly see you checking mrs jane out like from top to bottom"
i looked at chels with red cheeks flustered after hearing what she said.
" I don't and keep your imagination to yourself."
we both laughed and teased eachother about who we liked in school.

Finally it was time for us to end our gossip and go home.

Chels called an uber and went home earlier than me , my dad pulled up and opened the door for me. isn't he such a gentleman? No wonder he could get a date within 4 months :).

"Hey dad thanks for picking me up."
I smiled and gave him a peck on the cheek,
"No problem honey. In fact i think it's time for you to get yourself a car?
" I looked at him with a surprise face ,
" that is not necessary dad , i can walk home from school ya know."
I hit my dad shoulder and laughed.
"I know but your grown up now , your turning 19 next year and
i thought maybe you could use a car."
I mean who wouldn't want a car? Ofcourse i do , but for sure my dad will buy one of those expensive cars,

We reached home my dad bought home some spaghetti and meatballs for dinner .
We sat down and had a conversation.

"So dad... who's the person you want me to meet?"
I asked with a slow hideous voice ,
"owh that.. well you see i know it's only been a few months since me and your mother separated... and i know how close u and mom were"
I sat at the kitchen table in silent and looked at him with confusion,
"mom and i WERE close but not anymore"
after i caught mom with this guy on dad's bed , I couldn't forgive mom for what she did.
I replied angrily and hurt, i cried as went tears flow down my cheek, my dad placed his hand on my shoulder and wiped my tears away .

"Hey now , you have me in your life i would never leave u,
i will always be by yourside moonpie . And after maybe I'm married, you'll get yourself a mom who would treat you the same way as i do :)"
I laugh while taking a sip of the wine ,
"So who is this woman?"
I questioned him ,
"her name is Erica Jane, she lives alone in hollywood area im sure you ever seen her around"
seen her around? I dont even know who your talking about here? ,
"shes moving in with us next week , i hope u don't mind?"
Shit she is? Well holy shitzu , i dont even know who is this woman and shes living with us now? god have mercy on me.
" thats great dad i Can't wait to meet her :)"
