Funeral

The funeral was 2 days after Lenas passed out.First Alex not wanted her to go:"You are not ready Lena,not prepared for the last goodbye"but Lena needed this.She was sure it would be hard,but she felt like she owed it Ruby to give her some last honor."Alex please i need to do this for her.I-i have to say her one last goodbye,and since Sam is not able to i feel like i have to give her last words of love."Finally Alex nodded and both of them made their way to the small graveyard of National City.

Whole National City was there.All of them.Ruby was really loved.A man digged a hole where her grave would be soon.His face was dirty and in huge pain,his eyes red and puffy.It was Winn.He never allowed anyone else to do this for Ruby.It was his way to grief.

Since they had no priest or something like that and not all of them were religious,Alex decided to lead the funeral.It was incredibly hard,but she had to be strong now.The funeral was a way to say goodbye,to grief.What do they say,funerals are for the living.Alex and James carried the coffin with Ruby in it.It was opened,so that all of them could give her a last look.Her eyes were closed,her face peacefully and if Lena would lie to herself she could imagine Ruby is only sleeping.But she wasnt.

When Winn was finished and the hole was deep enough,he climed out of the whole,covering his face with his hands,tears storming down his face.They closed the coffin and it was the most beautiful that Nationl City had ever seen.It was made out of Oak with Carvings that looked like flowers and the sun.It fitted perfect for Ruby.The most beautiful coffin for the most beautiful soul.Alex voice stuttered as she called a small boy to the coffin.He was in Rubys age and he wore a perfect fitting hat to his cloths.His eyes were also red as if her cried a lot the last days.

Alex gave the sign and they started lifting Rubys coffin down in the hole.Lena trembled,it was not true ,cant be true.

And then a boy walked out of the crowd and began to sing,it was an old song,written in the start of the 21th.century,but it fitted perfect,even tho it was 200 years old.His voice was clear and high:

The emotions in his voice were real and painful.His voice was filled with tears but it still sounded wonderful.As he ended the last refrain,tears ran down his face,bitter and hurtful.He looked down in the whole and sobbed.He seemed lost.He was to young to lose someone this way.

Alex made a come towards me move and he slowly walked towards her.He had brown curly hair and his eyes were green,not as Lenas dark green,more really strong glewing green.The hat on his head fell down while he was stumeling toward Alex.She asked him:"Is it possible that your name is Liam?"He nodded shy."You know Ruby talked about you a lot.She told me that you were her friend and always took care of her.You were important to her.So if you ever need anything,want anything,feel free to tell me-Rubys friends are also my friends"Alex patted the boys shoulder.
