Chapter 23

Lena

Lena felt Lexis arms around her and something inside her slowly healed.Some part that she never knew was hurt before somehow now felt as getting back together.Lexi was not the villan,she was a victim.But she had no time for this now,as she saw how Kara hitted Alex and she slowly seemed to lose.She had to hurry.

She stormed out after telling Lexi to escape,she had hope left,hope that everything will come back together again.While she ran to the 2 fighting sisters noone noticed how the leader lady watched someone in the background and sneaked away too.Not that she needed to sneak no one gave her any attention.Lena only focused on Kara.All her thoughts her whole self was only this big urge to touch her,pulling her into a hug and know she is back and will never leave again.But what a pity that this was not so easy as it seemed.

When Lena finally reached the arena she hold her breath,scared by the scene in front of her.

Kara kicked Alex knees nd she fell down her leg seemed weird,twisted and it made a cracking noise.Alex fainted it was such a huge pain, her whole face became white.She was desperatly whispering,trying to reach her sister somehow:"Kara Danvers i want you to fight against what ever they did to you.I know you can hear me so fight damn Kara fight!!" 

Nothing changed,Kara looked down without emotions showing in her face or body language. She had the knife in her hand and her foot was on Alex chest,pressing her to the floor.Alex wiggled with all she had,but Karas raw power was to strong Alex knew the end had come

Right in the moment when Kara was about to stab her sister into her chest Lena screamed out loud:"KARA DONT" It doesnt matter the knife went down so fast, directly cutting through Alex flesh

Just as a wonder,Kara was distracted by that scream,by that voice that sounded like home.She moved the knife a little bit so that it hitted Alex shoulder and not the destination it had before.Without Lena,Kara wouldve stabbed her sister directly into her heart.Alex screamed out in pain,and Kara just looked down at her suddnely her face became red.She threw the knife away as if it was made out of fire and burned her hand.She looked down as Alex blood painted the floor into dark red.The smell was metallic and a wave of confusion overflowed Kara.

She had the order to kill this person but seeing her hurt now,that felt so wrong,definitly wrong.Alex breath was heavy and she whimperd a bit.Alex wanted to pull out the knife but her hands shaked to much.Her hand felt weak but she still watched carefully what the two others were doing then.Her leg that was twisted and numb was something she tried to ignore completely.

Kara suddenly turned around and her eyes meet the eyes that belonged to this beautiful voice she heared before.She would recognize this accent out of millions.But this beautiful green eyes were filled with tears.The tears in this womans eyes,that was her fault.And knowing that changed something that already started when she heared the words of the woman before, the words about fighting against this inner coldness.The woman...Alex ... that was her sister.Oh god what had she done?

Lena meanwhile looked between her and the hurt Alex on the floor.And then she made a step forwards,coming closer to Kara and carefully reaching out for her hand.Kara only knew that this woman was hers,she was not knowing why or what happend between them,but she would never be able to hurt her.Lena hold her hand and the yellow in Karas eyes dissappeared for a few moments.The fight in Karas head had started again,after she thought the liquid ended this war forever.

When it came back Lena started whispering:"Kara...Oh Kara what did they do to you?Please tell me do you remember me?Kara i love you so much."Tears are flowing down on Lenas cheecks .Kara wiped them away,as careful as if this tiny,lovely strong woman was made out of glass.A name came up to her name:"L-Lena?"She asked shily.

Lena felt the relief in her whole body.It was if she carried a heavy burden all these days and Kara took it away by only whispering her name.She looked in Karas eyes and saw yellow fighting with blue,and she saw her dorky funny Kara there.

Her body acted without her brain knowing.She looked in Karas eyes,focused and not planning to ever lose them again.She put her hands around Karas neck and pulled her close.She was not soft or shy or anything that you exspect from a first kiss.She was wild,fighting, as their lips collide.She tasted bittersweet,the both of them burned,but that doesnt matter anymore because they burned together and that was the only important thing.The two of them,becoming one.As if the touch of their lips completed them.Lena couldnt stop herself,she wanted more and more,couldnt get enough from this flames burning through her veins.From her.

And Kara,she felt as if she was in heaven.She kissed the woman she loved and that was all that mattered.That was like a flashlight leading her out of the dark cold self she became.The fire between them melted away all the ice inside her,washed away dirt and torture and only left Kara,in her purest and most vulnerable form.She kissed her and pulled her tight into her arms.And the memories came back,all of them good and bad ones,the moments in joy and the moments in pain.Balance.

Kara looked around as if she saw everything for the first time.She whispered breathless:"Lena,i...You saved me"Lenas eyes were filled with love and hope.Kara was back,Kara was here,Kara would not leave her again.This thought overflew her with happiness and she just cried out:"Me,Lena Luthor,loves you,Kara Danvers with all of my heart.BUT DONT DARE TO SCARE ME THAT MUCH EVER AGAIN"

Kara smirked,her dorky and innocent smile that Lena missed all the time."Lena i love you too,how couldnt i,you are the strongest bravest woman i ever met.And yeah i will never leave you again..."

Alex near to them cought a bit:"Hey lovebirds...I am really happy for you two but can someone help me get up and then we can leave this godless place?"She tried to stand up but the sudden pain in her shoulder threw her back to the ground.

"OMG Alex...I...I nearly killed my sister.I am,i am a monster...!"Kara started to panic as she stormed to Alex and sat her up carefully."Hey hey Kara,i am fine nothing happend its no dangerous wound.Dont worry sis and you fighted great...damn you have beaten me.Next time i will win again."

She blinked to her younger sister,trying to cheer her up and Kara smiled a bit as she helped Alex stand up."There will be no next time you idiot"Kara said and gave Alex a soft hit on her head.

While Kara helped Alex to walk, Lena was ready to pull the alarm, just as Lexi told her to do.The bells were ringing and Lena told the sisters:"Hurry a little guys!" as she also helped Alex.

Kara on the right side, Lena on the left both helping Alex who was between them, hobbling.Karas and Lenas hands touched the whole time and none of them saw a need to change that.They slowly made their way out,all the guards were way to distracted to watch for them.Also they fear Zor El,but none of them had a doubt that Zor El was on their side.So they made their way out.

All of them were reliefed.They saw all the people of National city,waiting in front of the entrance,ready to fight.All of the people they know,all of them willing to risk their life for Kara.She was in tears.

But Kara and Lena and the rest of them stood right in the army of the Reign.It was just as big as the citizents of National City.No one really knew what to do,the leader of Reign,the old lady was not there and Jonn saw Kara and Alex and Lena in the crowd of their enemys so he was not able to give the order to attack too.

The air was filled with fear and the urge to do something,but before anything could really happen,they heared a loud noise.Something like dynamite.The whole cave shivered and then collapsed while dust and debris filled the air.The noise got louder and the whole thing went down,all people turned around and looked but no one was in there,all of them survived...well that was what they thought first.

(A/N so you maybe realized that i only upload all 2 days now...it slowly seems to end soon,and actually i am writing an end at the moment what needs a bit of time...so please dont be mad,i luv yall... greetings ;)  )
