It's been a week since Skylar and Kylo told us about the baby and finding out about Skylar family history, it's be very strange having 2 other people staying with us but we will get used to it, Oscar keeps himself to himself, he wants to give Skylar time to adjust, Bentley on the other hand is so full of life but she is still young and never been in this world of being hunting her.
We have tried to prepare her over the week for what could happen being related to the Ramsey's and everything we have had to endure, she said she will fight for her family even if it means giving her life to protect her dad and Skylar which made us all smile, for a 21 year old she is definitely mature and strong willed. Her and Skylar get on so well, it's really nice to see but Kylo is worried because he said if me and Skylar are related by family marriage then he is related to her.
This made us all laugh because yes even though by marriage we are related, we aren't blood related so it's not wrong, some might think it is wrong but it's not because they aren't related by blood. Kylo finally saw what we meant and stopped worried, it's very strange seeing him being all protective over someone other than me but I like it.
Skylar is starting her treatment of chemotherapy next week, Hunter got the house and we move in tomorrow, it's been fully furnished but we are going to go shopping when I feel up to it to by Nova stuff she likes. Zoey asked Hunter to get them to design a hospital room and they did and it's not a small hospital room either, it's like 3 rooms wide with lots of beds in case others get hurt and it's got some amazing up to date equipment.
To say Zoey is beyond happy is an understatement, she said she still wants to work at the hospital but only when they need her urgently for operations or procedures, so she will be at home more, Bentley still wants to be a nurse so when we get settled into our new house Hunter is training her to look after herself, Skylar treatment is going to happen at the new house so she doesn't have to keep traveling back and forth to the hospital.
Today is the day, today is my dad's funeral, the day I finally say goodbye completely, I'm in the kitchen forcing myself to eat pancakes for the twins, right now I really wish I could have a drink just to get me through today but I can't, I know doctors say one glass doesn't hurt but I don't care, I'm not hurting my babies. I feel a hand on my shoulder and then a kiss on my head and I already knew before he did that, that he was in the room, I could feel him and smell his fragrance.
Hunter – Morning my beautiful vixen.
He gently then touches my belly and I smile.
Hunter – And morning my little vixen cubs.
I laugh because he has decided on a completely random nickname for the twins, nothing like peanuts or twin a or b he bloody decided on vixen cubs, I like it, it's cute.
Fallon - I've got no idea why you've called them vixen cubs when they are vixen and hawk babies.
He sits down next to me and smiles.
Hunter – True but they will be more like there mother than me, well one can hope.
I smile and then hear patters of little feet and the kitchen door bursts open and in runs Nova and Antonio who is now 4.
