Anthony's Pov
I've been up all night... I heard about Avani's fight and I've tried to text her but I've gotten no answer. I lay on Bryce's bed staring at the ceiling. "She probably just needs more time" bryce said as I stared blankly at the ceiling. "I don't have more time bryce I'm going crazy!" I snap and he puts his hand on my shoulder. "Calm down" he said strictly and I covered my face. I felt as if I was going crazy. Did I seriously just mess up one of the best things that could have happened to me...
It was 2am and I couldn't handle it anymore. I know it's only been a day but I was slowly going insane. I didn't care if it was an early Wednesday morning. All's I cared about was seeing her and hearing her voice. Whether she would be yelling at me or mad to see me I didn't care. I needed her...
I got in my car and sped off. I was in sweats and a hoodie and my hair was a mess. Tears fell down my eyes as rain hit the window shield. Soon I made it to her house and I parked my car on the side of the road and ran to her window. Her light was off and her room looked still and silent. Rain started pouring down as thunder rumbled through my ears. I threw pebbles up at her window while rain soaked me from head to toe.
Avani Pov
I was woken up by a loud noise coming from my window. I sleepily open my still swollen eyes and I stand up. I slowly walk over to the window to be welcomed by Anthony who was stood outside soaking wet with puffy eyes. I slowly opened my window. "What are you doing?" I yell just enough for him to hear but not enough to wake my mom up. I watched as he climbed up to the window and he wrapped his arms around me. I didn't care if I was getting soaked I what I needed was him... even if I was mad at him. I began to sob into his already wet shirt while we both stayed in each-other embrace. He hugged me tighter and kissed my head while he began to sob.
"Avani I-I love you..." his words rang in my ears...
