Avani's Pov It's finally Friday. I turn to look at my phone and I see Anthony still asleep. "Babyyyy" I whine through the phone. I watch him move around. "It's time to get ready" I say and I hear him groan. "Alright I'll just walk to school then" I say and his head pops up making me laugh. "Nope I'll be there in 30" he said and I rolled my eyes and laughed. We hung up and I took a quick shower and got dressed in this.

I fix my hair and finish getting ready the rest of the way. I then grab my bag and head downstairs. My mom left another note on the kitchen. I let out a slight sigh and I read the note. "I'm leaving until Sunday for work! I will be back Monday and I trust that you will take care of everything you need to. Priya is already at school but you'll have to pick her up. I love you" the note stated. I throw the note away and went outside to see Anthony in his car with sunglasses on. I open the door and giggle at him. "What" he said and I just smiled. "Why the glasses" I ask and he shrugs. "You know just felt like it" he said and I rolled my eyes. He then started to drive. "Have you eaten?" He asked and I stayed quiet. "Vani" he said and I just stayed silent. I felt as the car stopped and we were in a parking lot to a random store. "What's wrong" he asked and I looked at him. "My mom had to leave again" I finally say and he reached over and gave me a hug. "Think of it like this... it's more time to spend with me" he said with a smile and kissed my cheek and down my neck. I laugh and roll my eyes. "Let's get you some food" he said and started driving to who knows where.
Next thing I knew I was sitting down at a Waffle House. "You know you didn't have to do all this" I say. "I know but I wanted to" he said with a smile. "You're too good to me" I say playing with the rings on his hands. He tucks my hair behind my ear and gives me a quick kiss. "I love you" he says and butterflies form on my stomach. "I love you too" I say with a smile. We order our waffles and eat then head to school. Luckily we left earlier so we should make it just in time.
We finally make it to school and almost everyone is inside considering homeroom starts in 3 minutes. I give Anthony a quick kiss and go inside. I quickly put my stuff in my locker and I go to first hour with 1 minute to spare. I sit down next to the girls and they smile. "Late again I see" Charli says and I laugh. "I went out to breakfast with Anthony" I say. "Oooo did you two have fun" Addison asked. "Yeah I swear he spoils me" I say and they smile. Soon the bell rings and we're off to our next class. *skips to after school* We meet the boys outside again and I hug Anthony and he keeps his arms around me as we talk with everyone. "It's fridayyyy party?" Bryce of course said. "I meannnn" Charli said and we all laughed. "It's settled party at my house tonight!" Bryce semi yells and we all start to leave to our houses. Anthony drives me to my house after we pick up Priya and I give him a quick kiss. "I can pick you up in an hour?" He said and I smiled and nodded. I gave him one last kiss before he left. "Where ya going?" Priya asked as we walked into the house. "A family friendly gathering" I joke and she laughs. "Can I go to my friends?" She asked. "Of course just be safe" I say and I give her a hug. "Text or call me whenever" I say and Priya starts walking out the door and I go upstairs to get ready. I needed this party...
