Chapter 30: Offical

Anthony's Pov
I wake up to Avani still laying on my stomach. It's Thursday. Today's the day. I'm finally going to do it. I'm going to ask out Avani. I don't know how or when yet but all's I know is I'm nervous. What if she says no? I need to stop overthinking. I look down and I admire her beauty as she sleeps. I look at the time and the alarm is going to go off in a minute. I quickly turn it off and I play with her hair. Soon she slowly wakes up and rubs her eyes. "Goodmorning gorgeous" I say. "Goodmorning" she says in her scratchy voice. I give her a kiss on the forehead and she smiles. "Ready for school" I ask her. "I guess" she says starting to get up. I grab her arm and pull her into a kiss. "What was that for" she said. "Being cute" I say and she blushes. She gets up and I get up. "I'll see you soon babe" I say giving her a kiss. I leave out of her window and I crawl into mine. I decide to put on a semi nice outfit because I plan on asking her out after school. I put on this outfit.

With black jeans. I fix my hair and I put on deodorant and cologne. I go downstairs. I think my mom left for work. We don't really get to see each-other often. My dad isn't in the picture. I made myself some toast for breakfast. After I was done I cleaned my plate then I went upstairs and brushed my teeth. I grabbed my backpack and I went out the front door. I threw my bag in the back then I got in my car and started it. I just waited for Avani to come out. Soon I watched as she walked out of her front door. She looked stunning as always.

She got in the car. "Wow you look beautiful" I say. I watch as her cheeks turn rosey. "Thank you" she says with a smile. I grab her hand and kiss it. I see that she had her A + A bracelet I gave her on. "Oh your wearing it" I say. "Yeah is that okay" she asks. "Yeah of course" I say giving her hand another kiss. I first stopped by the coffee shop and got us coffee. We both drank it and talked while I drived to school. Soon we make it and we both already finished our coffees. She gives me a quick kiss on the lips then she heads out of the car. I get out and go and find Bryce and Chase. I talk to them about random stuff on my way to homeroom. I don't mention asking Avani out because I want to tell them after I do it. We walk by the girls and i shoot avani a quick smile and we walk to homeroom.

Avani's Pov
We make it too homeroom and I sit down with the girls. They look at my bracelet. "When did you get this" Charli asked. "Oh a little bit ago but I didn't want people questioning me" I say. They nod. "Anthony has been acting a little strange today. It's like he's nervous or something" I say. "Maybe something's happening at home you never know" Addi says. "Your right should I ask him?" I ask them. "I would let him come to you first" Addi says. I nod. Soon the bell rings and homeroom ends. I thank Addi and Charli and I give them hugs. I then go to first hour. I sit in my normal spot and still no sign of Veronica. I was actually having a decent day today. The boys walked in. Anthony still looked stressed. Once he sat down I couldn't help myself. "Are you okay" I whisper to him. "Yeah why" he asks confused. "You seemed stressed" I say. "Oh yeah just a little about school" he says and I nod. "If you ever need anything just talk to me okay" I say. "Okay" he says with a smile. Then the bell rings and class starts so I look back up at the front of the class.
*skips to lunch*
It's finally lunch time. I'm not really hungry I just need a break from all this thinking. I walk into the lunchroom and I look for Addi and Charli. They are waiting in line. I go up to them and give them a hug. We all talk while we wait. Once they get their food we go and sit back down at the table. The boys come over again and Anthony sits next to me. "Not eating again" he asked. "No" I say. He rubs my back and I smile at him. We all talk to each other. "So it is Friday and I was wondering do you all wanna come over to my house tomorrow my parents won't be home" Addison says. We all get excited and immediately answer with yes. The whole rest of lunch we talk about it and how we're excited. Soon the bell rings and everyone leaves to their next hour. Anthony walks me to my next class. I give him a hug and he kisses the top of my head. It surprises me because we're in school but I didn't mind at all. I could tell people were staring but I didn't care. I said my last goodbye and I went into my class.
*skips to after school*
School is finally over. I'm so beyond bored. I walk to my locker and I grab my stuff out and I throw it all in my backpack. I feel someone tap lightly on my shoulder so I turn around and see Anthony. "Hey" I say with a smile. "Hey" he says. I can still tell he's nervous about something I just didn't know what. We walk side by side all the way outside. I see Addi and Charli so I run over to them and hug them. We all talk about tomorrow and Anthony talks to the boys. Then a few minutes pass by and we have to get going. Anthony grabs my hand and walks to the car. I'm surprised but I enjoyed it. He opened the door for me and I thanked him. He went to his side and got in. He placed his hand on my thigh and started driving. We passed by my house and I was confused. "Hey ant we just passed the house" I say. "I know I have a surprise" he says and I smile. I think about all the things it could be then I just decide to let it go. Soon we made it to the beach. I was confused. "Ready" he asked. "Uh yeah sure" I say confused. We get out and he comes and grabs my hand. We start walking down the beach. It's beautiful as always. Then I see a little picnic set up on the sand. No one was around. "Is this for us" I say and he nods. My heart practically melts on the floor. I thank him about a billion times and I run over to the blanket that was set on the ground and I sit down. Anthony comes and sits down. "Wait what about my mom" I ask. "Don't worry I asked her" he said. "How did you have time for all this" I ask. "I have my ways" he says and I laugh. I crawl over next to him and I give him a quick peck on the lips and he smiles. He pulls out some food and I get excited. We both eat and then the sun starts to set. I lean my head on his shoulder. He grabs my hand and I sit up. "Avani I have something to ask" he says and my heart beats faster. "Ever since the first day I let eyes on you I couldn't keep you out of my mind. You've been there for me when no one else has and I thank you for that. Nothing would make me happier than you being mine. Avani do you want to be my girlfriend?" He asks and my heart jumps a beat. I'm suddenly filled with so many emotions. I jump into his arms. "Yes yes of course I will" I say now crying. He holds me tightly. We stay there in each others in brace for a while. Then the sun finally sets all the way and I give him a kiss on the lips. I was going to pull away but he pulled me back in. I was laying on top of him while we made out. He left a few hickeys on my neck and along my top. I left a few on his neck. A few seconds later he pulls away. I smile at him. I get goosebumps from it being chilly. We both sit up and he grabs out one of his hoodies from the basket. I thank him and he helps me put it on. "Thank you Anthony" I say with the biggest smile. "Your welcome" he says back. "It's getting late I should get you home" he says and I frown. He places his lips on mine then pulls away. "Come on" he says and pulls me up. We leave everything on the beach because he said he had someone who would come clean it up. He grabbed my hand and we walked back to his car. I was sleepier than I thought. We got in and he placed his hand on my thigh. I laid my head on the door and I slowly fell asleep.

A little while later I get woken up by being picked up. I open my eyes and Anthony is carrying me. I smile at him and cuddle into his chest. He takes me all the way to my room and he places me in my bed and under my covers. He places a kiss on my head and I watch as he walks away. I feel myself slowly fall asleep.

Soon I wake up in the middle of the night. I've been restless. I get out of bed and I jump out my window and I go to his. It's locked so I lightly knock. I watch as he walks over with his bed head and sleepy eyes. "You okay" he asked once he opened it. "I can't sleep" I say crawling in and giving him a hug. He rubbed my back and picked me up. I wrapped my legs around him to hold myself up. He closed his window and carried me over to his bed. He set me down and he went to the other side and laid down. I laid my head on his chest and he kissed my head and rubbed my back. Soon I feel asleep thinking about the amazing night I just had.
