Chapter 6: Keeping It A Secret

*1 week later*

Avani's Pov
Since that night Anthony and I have decided to keep our "relationship" a secret. He still hasn't asked me out but we have been secretly hanging out whenever we can. Addi and Charli have been getting suspicious lately but I just make up excuses.

*beep beep beep beep*
My alarm wakes me up. Today is Friday and after school Anthony said he had a surprise for me. I had no clue what it was but I was excited. I jumped out of bed and got in the shower. All my hickeys were all gone so I didn't have to worry about covering them up anymore. I got out of the shower and put this on.

I left my hair down and out some product in it. I put on some deodorant and perfume. Then I applied some light makeup. I opened my window and of course Anthony was there. He looked me up and down with his mouth open then went on his phone and send me a text.

I blow him a kiss and then head downstairs. My mom was making eggs so I grabbed some and then went to the coffee shop to get Addi and Charli some coffee. I went inside and ordered them an ice coffee and I got myself one. I started walking to school when a car pulled up next to me. It was Anthony. He got out of the car and opened my door for me. Then he drove me to school. Before we got out he gave me a kiss on my head and we went out separate ways. I walk up to Addi and Charli and hand them there coffee while they stare at me. "So what's going on with you and Anthony" she said with a smirk. "Oh Um nothing why" I ask.  "WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOTHING WE JUST WATCHED HIM KISS YOUR HEAD" she screamed. "Addi be quiet people are staring" I say with my head down. "I'll be quiet if you tell me right now what's happening!" She says. "Fine we're just hanging out but you can't tell anyone about it because we're keeping it a secret!" I say in a serious tone. "Okay fine but We should all hang out and maybe we can become friends with his friends" she says with a smirk. "You just want to talk to Bryce" I say and Addi blushes. "And Charli just wants to see chase" addi says while Charli covers her face. "Fine I'll ask him if he wants to hang out but we gotta get to homeroom" I say they nod. As we are walking to homeroom we walk by the boys as usual. But this time I sneaky blow a cheeky kiss at Anthony and he just blushes and keeps walking.  I giggle and we make it to homeroom. We talk the whole time about the boys.

*skip to first hour*

I walk in and sit in my usual coroner seat. I get a dirty look from this girl. I think her name was Veronica or something. She just keeps staring at me and it makes me uncomfortable. Then Anthony walks in and she immediately turns and smiles at him and he just ignores her and sits next to me. Then she looks back at me and rolls her eyes. I just shrug it off and try to ignore Anthony. It's so hard to though because his outfit is amazing.
