This story is taken place in high school when Avani moves from Indiana to LA. She meets this mysterious boy and makes new friends along the way. Will she ever find out more about this mysterious boy?

Avani's Pov I wake up before my alarm and just lay in bed staring at the ceiling. I was so nervous for today. I hate being the new kid because it's like your the center of attention. But at least I won't be the only new kid considering it's the very first day.
I then jumped because my alarm went off while o was deep in my thoughts. I sighed and got up and showered. I got dressed in this.

I left my hair down curly. I applied some product to it then put on some deodorant and sprayed some perfume. I then got a text from Addison. *bold Addison regular Avani* Addi<3 Hey Avani we're going to meet at the front of the building so just look for us in wearing a black crop top with jeans and Charlie's wearing a red tub top with jeans.
Okay! See you soon!!! *end of text*
I run downstairs and grab some toast. I throw it in the toaster then I grab some butter. My mom was making eggs and asked if I wanted any I said sure. When my toast was done I put on the butter then grabbed some eggs and sat down and started eating. My mom had to go to work so she kissed me on the head then headed out the door. My sister Priya then bolted out the door after her because she was taking her to school. My school wasn't that far so I was walking. I leave the house and check the time it's 7:30am. So I grab my backpack and head out the door. I make it to the school at around 7:40am and I see Addison and Charli waving me down. I go up to them and they take me to the office to get my schedule. They show me to my classes and I go to my locker. We all had homeroom together so we all walked to it together. On the way to homeroom I noticed this group of boys. There were three of them. One boy was in the middle he looked like the "leader" of the group. He had brown hair that was parted in the middle with the most beautiful baby blue eyes. I watched as he glanced over at me and I quickly loon away. The one boy on the left had black hair and blue eyes his hair was also parted on the middle. The the boy on the right had brown hair and brown eyes. He had shaved sides and his hair layed normal. Once we make it to homeroom we all sit by each other and I start talking to Addison.
"Who were those boys that passed us" I asked Addison. "Oh they are like the popular boys basically every girl likes them and they don't talk to anyone but each other" she says. "Oh that's weird" I say. "Yeah I've always had a crush on Bryce" addi says. "Which ones Bryce?" I ask. "He is the one with the brown hair and brown eyes" she says. "Ooooo Addis got a crush" I say. We all start to laugh. "Yeah well Charli likes Chase" Addison says. "ADDISON!" Charli says in a mad tone. "Which one is that" I ask Charli with a smirk on my face. "He's the one with the black hair and the blue eyes" she says shyly. "Aww it's okay Charli no need to be embarrassed" I say we all laugh. "So who's the one in the middle" I ask. "That's Anthony" addi says with a smirk. "Whyyy?" She smiles at me. "Oh nothing" I say and I blush a little. "YOU TOTALLY LIKE HIM" addi shouts. "Addi be quiet" I whisper. "y'all would be cute" she says. Then we all start laughing. The bell then rings and homeroom is over so I head off to my next class alone.
I walk in and it in the corner of the room. I then see the group of boys walk in and then that Anthony dude looks at me again. I just ignore him and rest my head on my hand. He then sits next to me looking forward and talking to his friends. Then class starts. 1st hour was long but it was enjoyable. I get up to leave and I drop my books on the floor and everyone leaves except for Anthony. He helps pick up my books then he smiles and walks out. "I wonder why he never talks" I think to myself.
The rest of the day flew by and I was so ready to head home. I met addi and Charli at the front of the school. I hugged them then I started turning around. I accidentally bump into someone and I turn around and see who it was. It was Anthony. I look up and say sorry then quickly walk away not turning around. I walk home for what feels like forever and when I get inside my mom asks me how my day was. I tell her everything besides the Anthony part. She just nodded and smiled the continued making dinner. Once dinner was ready it was around 4:30. I finished eating then I went up to my room. I just got my TV yesterday so I turned on the office and started watching it when my phone buzzed it was Addi. She was saying we should hang out tomorrow after school and I told her we could go to my house. She was excited. Charli was coming of course and I asked my mom. She said yes and was happy I was hanging out with my new friends. I go upstairs and put on sweats and just take off my shirt leaving me in a sports bra. I walk over to my window to close it and I see him. Anthony. He looked over for a second then quickly turned around. I was as red as a tomato then I closed my curtains really quick and jumped on my bed. I laid there think and it finally hit me "ANTHONY WAS MY NEIGHBOR" I screamed into my pillow and slowly felt my eyes become heavy. It was now 11pm and I slowly drifted off to sleep thinking about how awkward if will be tomorrow when I see him.
