Chapter 4: The New Girl

Anthony's Pov
Today was probably the craziest days ever. Let's start off from the beginning. I arrived at school and saw her. The new girl. My neighbor. I saw her last night through my window. I had to look away fast tho because she didn't have a shirt on and I started blushing. I have my first hour with her. There is just something about her that is different from most girls. I want to talk to her I need to get to know her better so I set up a plan. I made a note and I planned on giving it to her in first hour. Bryce and chase just thought I was crazy going after a girl I never met. But something just felt right with her. I just felt the connection. So when she was getting a drink I slipped it in her folder. She saw it when she came back but the bell rang before I could see her read it. I was nervous. I've been played a lot in my last guy for some reason she felt different. Next thing I knew it was the end of the day.  I watch as she scrambled through the crowded hallways when she bumps into this guy. I knew this guy his name was Seth. He was always starting stuff. I watched as he punched her and she fell to the ground. I was going to go get her but her friends grabbed her and pulled her away. I was furious so I jumped on top of him and started punching him in the face. I stopped before he passed out and I ran out the school door. I drove home hoping no one would rat me out. When I got home I had bruises all over my ribs from him punching me. I grabbed an ice pack and ran upstairs so my mom wouldn't notice. I sat in my room icing them. I didn't want food so I just stayed in my room all night so was staring out my window looking to see if she was okay: she went to her window and I watched as she looked at the sunset. I was staring at her natural beauty. She then looked at me and smiled and waved. I smiled back and also waved. I don't talk to many people besides my close friends because I have trust issues. But I feel like I could trust her with everything. She then gets up but falls. My heart sinks and I grow worried. I notice her mom help her up and then leave. She then wobbles to the window and puts a thumbs up. I giggle a little then I smile and wave she then closes her curtains. I sit on my bed and smile at the running image of her in my head. I then lay back and begin to fall asleep.

I wake up and I am already late to school. I bust out my front door and jump on my car. I drive to school as quickly as possible and get inside. I made it on time. I didn't see mystery girl in the hallway so I was worried. Then first hour came and she never showed. I was hoping she was alright and she was the only thing on my mind all day. Then after the longest day of my life I drive home quickly and go to my window. Her curtain is still closed. I grow more worried and sit there waiting as I was waiting i take a quick power nap.

Avani's Pov
I was in bed all day in so much pain. The bruises on my body grew and turned purple. I felt terrible. I then remembered the note. I grab it and realize he is probably at school so I waited. Then came around 3pm and I texted the number. I was hoping it wasn't a fake number then I sent the text waiting for a response.

Anthony's Pov
I then am woken up by a text. It's from a random number. It says " hey you gave me that note in 1st hour. Oh and my name is Avani" I smile at the message. "Avani" I think time myself what a beautiful name. I text back and say "oh hi are you okay?" I wait anxiously for a response.

Avani's Pov
He asked me if I was okay and all I could think about was how cute that was. I was surprised he even worried about me. But I was glad. So I texted back saying "I'm okay just don't feel the greatest"

Anthony's Pov
She answers and I frown. "Well I hope you feel better I probably should get to sleep" I say. I wasn't tired but I knew she probably was.

Avani's Pov
I smile at his text. "Thank you so much your really sweet well goodnight" I say. I then slowly get out of bed and grab some new clothes to sleep in. I was going to school tomorrow so I was just going to shower in the morning. I then lay back down and slowly drift off to bed.
