SENIOR YEAR AND DECISIONS

MINERVA'S P.O.V

Time passed, Pepper and Tony were a couple. I was so happy for them. Tony was starting to be more mature. He was always helping me with homework. Senior year was so much fun. My friends started talking to me again and we were going to parties. Tony often made parties in his mansion, so that made me popular. My first time I got drunk, Tony went to pick me up. Pepper was not happy but Tony told her that I was enjoying my life. I sometime slept in his mansion when ever we were working on some project. He loved making upgrades to his suits and me helping him. 

My dad was working more and more out of town and I was always staying in Tony's mansion My dad trusted Tony so much. I don't know why but whenever me and Tony are together, my father looks away almost guilty and Tony too. Like if they had some sort of secret of their own. Then one day I was looking for some collegues to do applications and I came across NYU. I told my dad that I would like to study there. 

"Have you mention it to Tony?" He asked. 

"Why ? Is my life.. Tony has to deal with it. He is just my friend. " I said.

"Well, to Tony you are more than that. You are his family. Well..he looks at you like a little sister" my dad said and left the room. 

Okaaaay.. that was weird. But he was right. Tony has done so  much for me. I called him and asked if I could go over to his place. Now that he was dating Pepper, I called before going. I don't want any surprises. 

I went to his mansion and he was in his workshop. I came and told him about NYU. He almost choke on his soda. 

"New York? So far? Why? Trying to get rid of me? What about MIT?" He asked. He ws proud of his university. 

"Remember I told you I wanted to become a teacher." I said. "NYU has a really cool teaching program and a drama club." I said. "Pizza is delicious and who doesn't like New York. Broadway, musicals, food! " I said. 

"Fine, but if you are leaving to New York, I will buy you an apartment" Tony said. 

"Oh no! You are not. I want to work on my own! Pay my bills and be independent. I can't always depend on you to solve my life. I will be okay! " I said putting my hands on his shoulders. "I need you to trust me and let me grow" I said. 

"Wow! You are truly growing up" He said as he putted his hand on his heart. 

Time passed and I got my acceptance letter from NYU. I was going to New York! I told Tony and my dad.  I was so happy, I was finally going to be independent. 

TONY P.O.V 

My baby sister was going to live in New York by herself. She was finally growing up. New York was a really scary place for some california girl.  She was going to fly to New York in a couple of days with her dad to check on apartments and school. We agree that I wasn't going since she said that she wanted to do things on her own. And not be known as Stark protegee. She wanted to be independent, but that doesn't mean I can help alittle. Even if she doesn't know. 

"Fury, does SH.I.E.L.D. still have those apartments in Brooklyn? Great. I need a favor" I  called Nick Fury. If my sister was going to be in some apartments, she might as well be under some kind of protection.
