THE FIRST LOVE

MINERVA'S P.O.V

I went directly to the lab where I knew Banner was going to be. I was praying he was alone. Thank God, he was.

"Hey Bruce" I said as I entered.

"Hey Minnie" He said as he typed something on his computer.

"Can we talk?" I asked closing the curtains from the lab.

"I'm sorry Minnie, can it be ano- What is wrong?" He asked as he looked up from his computer. Maybe my face give it away that I was worried.

"I need your help" I said. I told him that I thought I was pregnant. He told me that he was going to make me a pregnant test  and that he would give me the results in a couple of minutes.

"Is okay... You are going to be fine. Everyone here would be happy to have a baby from you. I know Steve would be so happy. There is nothing you should worry about" Bruce said as he hug me.

Everyone was getting ready to time travel. Steve came and kisses me and told me that he loved me.

"Sis... Can I talk to you?" Tony asked as I was hugging Steve. I looked at Steve and he smiled at me. I went to Tony.

"I need you to do me a favor, If something happens to me, I need you to take care of Pepper and Morgan" He said.

"Nothing is going to happen to you. You are Tony Stark. You will be fine. You will come back back and we will bring everyone back and everything is going to be okay. You have to be with me. Remember Starks have to stick together. And If you can, bring me a cheese burger" I said hugging him. He hugged me back.

"Tony, Steve? Time to time travel." Bruce said. Tony left and Steve hugged me again.

"Be safe soldier" I said in his arms.

"Always"He kissed me. I saw them leave when Bruce hold me back and gave me a paper. I looked at him.

" The results"He smiled and left. I fold them and put them on my back pocket. Then I went with all of them to the machine. They all got inside wearing their uniforms and Steve gave an speech. I smiled at my husband

"See you in a minute" Nat said and they left. A minute passed and everyone came back with different clothing. Then I saw Clint fall on his knees with tears in his eyes. Where was Nat?

"Where is Nat?" Bruce asked.

Then we knew... She didn't come back alive. Bruce was devastaded and Clint as well. Clint and Nat were best friends. Bruce has a special affection to Natasha. Steve cried too. She was one of his best friends. I cried too. She was nice to me.

We all gather in the Lake. We were all sad. I was sitting between Steve and Tony.

"Did we know If she had family?" Tony asked.

"Yeah. Us" Steve said as he hold my hand.

Thor then came telling us that with the stones, we can bring her back but Clint said no. That we couldn't. Thor and Clint started arguing and that made me cry more. He then said that she sacrifice her life for that stone. Bruce then ripped a bench and three it to the Lake.

Everyone decided to recreat the glove with the infinity stones using Tony's technology and snap the fingers so everyone can come back.

They were trying to do that while I was in my room trying to unfold the paper and see the results. I was sitting in my bed when Steve came.

"Hey, I want to talk to you about something." He said sitting down next to me.

"What is it?" I said hiding the paper away.

"I saw Peggy, just how I left her. Young and beautiful." He said.

"Really? How did you feel?" I asked. I knew Peggy Carter was his first love.

"I was sad and confuse, I'm not going to lie." Steve said.

"Where you confused about us?" I asked.

" I love you and I wouldn't trade you for anything in the World. I was confused on how she was there. And how I never had the chance to dance with her." Steve said quietly. I looked at the paper and put it back on my jeans.

"Your feelings for her.... They never left didn't they?" I said. I know I was a little Jelous. I know that she was gone. But it still hurt that he wouldn't love me as much as he loved her.

"I will always love her... She was my first love." Steve said looking down.

" Just like you were mine." I said. I was being emotional. Maybe I was pregnant. Tears were on my eyes now. "I left Nick, my fiance because I knew that I couldn't love him as much as I love you. Now I'm going to ask you this once.... If you had the chance to go back in time for her and live your life with her. Would you do it?" I asked. He stood quiet for some time looking down. That gave me the answer. I took a big breath and got up and walked to the door.

" Minerva, where are you going?" Steve asked.

" Is better if I go with Pepper and Morgan. Or our apartment... I don’t know. This way, you can properly concentrate on bringing everyone back. And think of what you want to do. Remember, you have a time machine. Do what is best for you. I will be fine." I said as I smiled at him and left.

I went to Pepper and Tony's little cabin. I didn't want to be alone. I told Pepper about what happened and she support me like always. I told her about the pregnancy test and that I hadn't found out yet.

" What are you waiting for? Open it!" Pepper asked.

"Yeah, aunty Minnie! I want to know if I'm going to be a big cousin." Morgan said as she sat on Pepper's lap. I smiled at the girl and opened it.

POSITIVE.
