"So, what now, Lucy?"

Natsu leans back in the chair, his hands going to rest on his bloated stomach.

I sit there, unsure of what to say.

I need something...something that would take up time but at the same time something that Natsu would agree to.

My hands go to rest in my lap so that my fingers can wring together nervously.

"Umm..."

Natsu shifts in his seat and leans forward towards me.

I look up to him.

He stares at me with amused yet... serious eyes.

"It's okay, Lucy. Take the time that you need. There's no rush."

I bite my lip and nod my head.

Is there no rush to decide what to do next...or does he know what I'm thinking and he's telling me it's okay to decide what I want?...

My hands stop wringing together and I sit up slightly.

"I know what we can do."

Natsu leans back in the chair again.

"I've heard that there's this really famous bakery not too far from here...only a few towns over. It's less than a day by train and a week or so on foot. I've heard people talking about the cake there and they say it's better than any other."

I smile nervously, waiting for Natsu's response.

A smile forms on his face and he stands up.

"Deal."

I start to stand up as well.

"But-"

I stop and look up at him worriedly.

He smirks at me.

"Only if you're paying...also if we take the walking route. I don't want to get on another train."

I smile in relief and nod my head. He reaches his hand out to me and I grab it, him pulling me to a stand.

I start walking to the door, Natsu following behind me.

I smile to myself and push the door open.

"Looks like I can already add to my list of adventures!"

Natsu doesn't respond and I turn around in the middle of the door.

"Natsu?"

He stands a few steps behind me, his head slightly tilted to the side like he's listening to something.

He looks up to me suddenly after I call his name.

"Sorry I just smelled something really good. Looks like I missed something on the menu."

I raise an eyebrow at him but dismiss it and walk out the door, this time Natsu right behind me.

"What were you saying, Lucy?"

I wave a hand at him.

"Whatever, I'm not repeating myself. You should've listened the first time."

Natsu jogs up to be right beside me.

"Aww c'mon, Lucy. I promise to listen from now on."

I continue walking, ignoring as he stares at me.

"Then next time you won't have to be upset when you don't get to hear what I said."

He groans beside me.

I chuckle.

"Let's just get going already. This time I'd like to take a map."

He nods his head.

"Yeah, that would be smart. Your last on foot trip didn't work so well."

I roll my eyes.

"Well this time I've got you here."
