The more the days passed, the more usual it is for Aizawa and Emi to randomly hit up each other. Not in a romantic way though, more of a friendly way-which is worth taking credit for since Aizawa don't go all friendly to so much human or creatures in general. As the days passed, Emi started to gain her strength back. She's back to teaching and working on all those paperwork she thought she missed but ended up boring her to death. Anyway, responsibilities are just things she'll have to face dead-on.
As the time comes when she decided to start doing night patrols again, Hizashi was terrifyingly worried. It was quite too early for risky night patrols. Especially since it wouldn't be as easy to call for back-up at night compared to any other time of the day. But for the meanwhile, that seems to be the only thing Emi wanted.
So, Hizashi insisted, "I'll come with you." Emi sighed. It wasn't even a discussion, it's clearly a single man decision he made. Emi rolled her eyes, sick of everyone deciding what is right for her although deep down she knew they mean well. "You really don't have to, I can take care of myself-that's what makes me hero."
"You sure can," he uttered, "but please just let me." Emi sighed. There's no reason for her to refuse. When the sun goes down, off they go-walking through the deep side of the city where it's likely for villains to be.
They were walking through an alley when they saw a figure swinging through the buildings at a rapid pace. Both of them stood focused-ready for a fight-before they realized who it was. Hitoshi Shinso-a UA student. It's hardly noticeable at first knowing neither of them taught him personally, but sure Emi recognized him somewhere. UA sports festival.
"Shinso aren't you supposed to be home right now since it's a school break and it's night!" Hizashi shouted, "what are you eight?"
"I was just practicing, I'll head back soon," he uttered, dull. His eyes reminding Emi of someone. And oh! The binding cloth he's using to swing all over the buildings, is it what she thought it is?
"Shinso," she called. Shinso raised an eyebrow as a reply. "So your costume is Eraserhead inspired, huh?" she teased, expecting for an answer telling her if it really is Aizawa's. Shinso hummed, "Well, I guess...or," he stuttered, "It's technically the same thing, he taught me and this was actually his'"
Hizashi raised an eyebrow, neither did he know anything about this. She wanted to ask a lot more, but thought it wouldn't be wise. She can always ask Aizawa later. "Good thing, keep training then," She ended up giving some words of encouragement as she tossed a bright grin, "Don't train too hard though, you've got all the times in the world, it's about consistency." Shinso bowed, "Thankyou, Ms. Joke!"
Emi pulled Hizashi's hand as for sure he too got questions to ask. As they're distant enough for the boy to not hear, Emi uttered, "I thought Aizawa might not have wanted us to know this."
