Emi sat by the table about the window of her room with a joke book on her hand-unread. It was raining hard, she was staring at the empty streets. Her laptop was placed on the bed-playing instrumental music with the highest volume that it somehow echoes to the walls-as she stranded in a monolog.

"I haven't really thought of it before, but that binding cloth thing isn't technically Eraser's quirk-it is something he trained himself to get better in combat. By that means he can supposedly still do it even after he lost his quirk-"

"That leaves no reason why he stopped being a hero and teacher," Emi squinted in confusion. Everything simply doesn't add up. She sighed, "And it make sense if he's actually training Shinso-since his quirk also isn't flashy he might just relate to him in some point."

"BUT WHY DID HE QUIT ON BEING A TEACHER IF HE'S STILL TRAINING SOMEONE? ESPECIALLY SINCE THAT SOMEONE IS FROM THE SAME FUCKING SCHOOL HE WAS!" Emi shouted, frustrated. But why is she thinking so much about it anyway? It's his decision and it's probably for the best. She leaned back against the back of the chair, observing the rain droplets flowing by her window.

Emi stood up as she heard her phone ringing from the other side of the room. She walked towards the bookshelf-where her phone was-and received the call. Hizashi Yamada.

"Emi!" He shouted, excited as ever. If it wasn't for the rain, she'd be deaf by now. "Yeah?" she replied short. "We're going to have a joint training in a couple days!"

Joint training, huh? That was something I planned with Eraser back during the provisional hero licensing exam. Too bad he won't be there, it'll be fun.

"Wow, great," she wasn't as excited, "see you then."

Aizawa sat on the couch after grabbing some fruit punch in the kitchen. There was Hizashi, putting down his phone after a call that somehow manage to pull a smile on his face. One of his leg was hanging on the table as he scrolled through the internet for memes. Aizawa pierced the fruit punch he's holding with a straw. "Who were you calling?" he asked as he turned the TV on.

"Emi," Hizashi replied short as he uncontrollably laughed at a meme he'd seen before. Aizawa rolled his eyes. After a moment of silence, Hizashi placed his phone down excitedly.

"By the way, we're going to have a joint training with Ketsubutsu High by the time the school opens! Which means there'll be Emi!" He explained excitedly. Aizawa turned a gaze at him and nodded.

Joint training, huh? Well, that explains his excitement.

"You should come!" Hizashi is now 1A's class teacher, Aizawa knew it wasn't a great idea for him to show up in front of his former students after so long-it'll only distract them. "I've got plans," he replied-and actually he did. Sleeping plans. "Come on! The kids would kill to see you again." Aizawa rolled his eyes, "You're exaggerating."

"No I'm not!-" Hizashi uttered, "-well, maybe, NO! Well, you know what I mean! They're training heroes anyway there's no way they'd kill but still they wanted to meet you so bad! They asked too much about it it made me feel like a substitute teacher."

Aizawa rolled his eyes. "Come on, Shota!" he shouted, "just this one time! I knew you were planning this with Emi a long time ago, you wouldn't want to miss this would you?" Hizashi continued, "Also, don't you want to see how much they've grown by now?" Of course he did. More than he'd like to admit, those were his favorite batch so far. "Midoriya isn't your only student you know that," Hizashi mumbled-hardly audible since he didn't actually want Aizawa to hear but needed to say it anyway. Aizawa turned a sharp gaze at Hizashi. With goosebumps all over his body, he knew he shouldn't have said that.

"I'll go," Aizawa unexpectedly replied. Hizashi stared at him, questioning. "I won't."

"SHOTA!" Hizashi shouted in disappointment. Aizawa slightly giggled, "I'll go, I'll go."
