Aizawa stalled as Emi's apartment door opened, exposing the one and only figure-Emi Fukukado. He cleared his throat awkwardly as he scratched the back of his neck just so his hand can do anything less awkward but end up looking ridiculously gawky cause right in front of him, just about an arm reach stood Emi Fukukado in a dark green satin slip dress-making Aizawa question the plain black shirt he decided to wear-not that he really cared.
"Do I look ridiculous? I was thinking on whether or not should I wear this," she awkwardly uttered. Is she out of her mind? Aizawa cleared his throat as he mentioned, "It's alright." Emi sighed relieved as she walked back in for her pouch, "One more thing."
All there was silence as they stood on the elevator. "I like it when you tie your hair like that," Emi uttered, breaking the silence as the elevator door opened. Aizawa rolled his eyes and pulled the rubber band tying his hair just after she said that. Emi's eyes widen in disappointment, "Why is that!" They were walking to Aizawa's car with Aizawa standing just a step ahead to avoid her question. Emi trotted to reach him as she struggle with the heels she had on.
Aizawa opened the door for her-not in a gentle way, more like the 'just get in already' kind of way. But still, for Emi that was something worth a smiling for. "You're a weird man, Eraser," she mentioned as Aizawa start the car, "in a good way though."
"And why is that?" he replied-not that he need to know. Emi turned a soft smile. "You got this dark, mysterious, rude bringing but still everyone love being around you," she uttered, "that's very cool." Aizawa shuttered as he couldn't think of how that was true-his eyes locked to the road.
"You've got beautiful eyes, Eraser," Emi mentioned, breaking the silence. Aizawa silently sighed as he couldn't think of any way to deal with Emi's compliments-not that he hated it, it's just not the kind of things he'd say out of the blue. "You do too," he muttered as if it was some kind of back-to-back formal conversation.
A few minutes passed. They walked out of the car as they stepped on the sandy ground. "And you've got weird taste in dating spot," Emi uttered as she looked around the beach. Never did she expect it'd be pleasant being there at night when it's all dark and empty. "I didn't say this was a date," Aizawa dully replied. Emi giggled, "It doesn't matter what you say about it, I'm pretty sure you enjoy being around me just as much as I do around you."
"That makes no sense."
They sat on a long bench on the beach side. "What are we doing here?" asked Emi after some few moment of silence as she folded her hand instantly regretting the dress she had on. Aizawa chuckled, "I wasn't actually planning on where we should go, just thought it'd be nice if you're around." Emi smirked teasingly, "So this is a date," she concluded.
"No," Aizawa replied immediately. The silence came striking in for a while before Emi decided to crack another word, "Are we moon-gazing again?" she whispered.
