Sitting in my media room, Nava and I have just finished eating our pizza and wings while we watch Evil Dead.

Although I had every intention to take out my frustrations on her the minute we got home, it wouldn't have been right since she's not even the reason why I'm upset in the first place. Plus it wouldn't have been fair.

Nava in my lap, I run my fingers through her hair while we watch this dude with glasses get stabbed in the face with a needle and I feel Nava shiver which makes me smirk.

"Don't tell me you're scared when you're the one who wanted to watch this"

"No, just grossed out. Look at her face, she should be dead right now" she grimaces and just as she says that, the guy takes a piece of the broken sink to smash the girls head in.

"Well... she's dead now" I chuckle lowly in her ear.

"Indubitably" she giggles cuddling back into me and I kiss her hair as I breathe in her lavender scent. "I'm glad you weren't at the studio too long"

"Why's that?"

"When you said you were going I thought it was going to be a whole session"

"If that was my intention I wouldn't have asked you to come over"

Her head under my chin, she hums.

"What?"

"When do you start recording again?"

"Tuesday. Why?"

"Because... I was thinking..."

"About?"

"After I get settled back in at work, I thought maybe I'd start spending a week here and vice versa"

Listening, I tilt my head to the side, "So like you want us to switch off houses?"

"Yeah. I'll stay here a week and then the next week you stay at my place so that way we're kind of living together until my lease is up"

Thinking about it I kind of like the idea. "Okay. What about Wesley?"

Nava sits up so she can see my face, "What about her?"

"I mean is it going to be the three of us when I come over?" I arch an eyebrow.

"Yeah? It's not like we'll be sleeping in the same bed" she smiles.

"Do y'all? Sleep together I mean"

Slightly turning her head she says, "Would it bother you if I said yes?"

I can't help that my eyes narrow considering I assumed they did. "Like... every night?"

Nava shrugs telling me they do and I sigh hoping Lamar finds a way to get her back soon. If I hadn't asked her to stay the night they probably would have slept together tonight.

"You can't be mad about that. She's my best friend and we used to sleep together all the time when we lived together"

"I know that but y'all wasn't always sleeping" I point out.

"You sound jealous. We haven't touched each other in over a year"

"But you two kissed on your birthday" I remind her.

Nava leans away, "Okay? It was just a kiss. It didn't mean anything"

"To you maybe. I don't know if you've noticed this but Wesley is very possessive of you. Only time she isn't is when she's with Lamar"

"Okay so? You are too" she crosses her arms.

"I'm your fiance, I get to be as possessive as I want."

"Is this what our marriage is gonna be based off of? You getting jealous because Wesley and I are very close on account of what happened between us?"
