Finally managing to pull myself away from Abel after going a couple rounds in and out the shower because neither of us could keep our hands off the other, I walk down the hallway happy for the soreness in my legs. I really missed him.

Now down stairs, I head for the kitchen to make myself something to eat. I feel like I haven't eaten in years.

Craving a stuffed three cheese omelet with green peppers this morning, I take out enough ingredients for two.

Cracking the eggs I begin to stire them after adding salt and pepper. Done with that I grab a pan and butter then put it on the eye for the butter to melt. While I wait I stare out the living room window at one of the many tall buildings that surround us until it hits me Cassidy lives here.

Quickly grabbing my phone, I put in her number and press talk. My phone on speaker, I take the pan to move the butter around, so it covers the whole thing until Cassidy answers.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Sid. It's me, Nava" I tell her.

"Oh! Hi! It's been a little while. How are you?"

"I know. These last couple months have been kind of crazy" I explain now adding the eggs to the pan.

"Reviewers never sleep huh?" She laughs making me smile.

"Yeah we don't get a lot. So um I'm in New York, Abel has to perform on SNL Saturday"

"Yeah! I heard. That's so exciting, how long will you guys be here?"

"Just this week. I was hoping to see you"

"Oh, most definitely! You have to let Byron, and I take you out"

Adding cheese to my omelet, I flip it closed. "Sounds great, Sid. We have some news anyway"

"This is great. Is this your new number?"

"Yeah. I recently got a new phone"

"Well I'm happy to hear you're okay and that Abel is still around" she laughs.

"Yeah, I don't think he's going anywhere anytime soon" I blush flipping my omelet on a waiting plate.

"Oh really? Think you guys will get serious?"

"Like get married?"

"Hell yeah, then I get to brag about who my brother-in-law is"

I can't help laughing at that as I pour the remaining eggs in the pan. "Anything is possible, Sid" I glance at my ring.

"Well I gotta go, sis. I'll call you again to set up a dinner date okay?"

"Sounds good. See you soon"

"Bye-bye" she cheers before hanging up. That's when Abel comes down the stairs on his phone and just like that my need for him comes flooding back stronger than earlier when I first woke up. Putting my phone down, I add the cheese before folding his omelet.

The conversation on speaker, Abel takes a seat at the counter and I listen as he talks to Sal about SNL and other things pertaining to his album.

"Yeah, I think I'ma sing False Alarm for my second performance."

"Okay cool. Also they wanna film the promo today and I think they were talking about letting you do another skit when they do the Weekend Updates"
