As always Nick, Ellie and McGee were talking about Jack and Gibbs and while talking they always looked around to be sure neither of them were coming "Uhm...so last night I forgot my jacket here and I came back and I saw Gibbs on his way to Jack's office and I'm pretty sure that she was there because I didn't see her leaving" said Ellie "It's obvious that they're having a thing" Nick said while looking around "We can't be sure until they say it to us...wait...they won't even if there is something between them" said McGee "They would keep denying" added Nick, Ellie was looking in the elevator direction "El, you ok?" asked Nick, McGee turned around and looked at the elevator "Nick act normal and don't say something else about those two..." whispered McGee, Nick turned around too, Gibbs and Jack were going in their direction but then Gibbs went to Vance office and Jack completely ignored Nick, Ellie and McGee and went to her office "See they also came together" said Nick "The fact that they were together in the elevator doesn't mean that before they were together" said McGee "McGee could be right...we can't know until we have more evidences that could give us to the confirmation that they are together" said Ellie.
After talking with Vance, Gibbs went to Jack's office, he entered without knocking "Jack...uhm maybe you should take some days off from work" Gibbs said, he talked about this with Vance before, Jack looked at him "I don't think so...it's just that..." she said, he looked at her waiting for an answer "You know what? It doesn't matter, I don't think you can understand and I'll take these days off" she grabbed her things and left him alone in the office, when she arrived at her apartment she noticed a man going up and down the stairs but she didn't really care about what he was doing, she thought that he was waiting for someone so she just opened the door of her apartment and went in.
Gibbs went in the bullpen "Grab your gear" he said, when they arrived at the crime scene Gibbs seemed a little bit distracted, he was still thinking about what Jack said...𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘺 "𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥"? Anyway he decided that after the case he would maybe go at her place just to be sure that everything was ok and to talk a little bit "Torres, McGee go to talk with the neighbors, Bishop come with me" he said, they went in the house and it was all cleaned and everything was in order as if no one had entered there, since nothing was in there they went out to Jimmy that was looking at the body, Gibbs looked at him without talking "He died 3 hours ago and I can say that he was stabbed in the stomach several times in the stomach" he said, McGee and Nick came "No one saw or heard nothing" they both said.
They came back at the headquarter and Gibbs went in the autopsy room, Kasie came in the bullpen and looked at Nick, Ellie and McGee, they were arguing about something, she came near them "What are you talking about?" she asked "Jack and Gibbs but mostly the fact that before, when Jack left she seemed a little bit pissed off" said McGee "You think it has something to do with Gibbs or?" she asked "We don't really know but probably yes, we saw him going to her office and a couple of minutes after she left" Nick replied "Yeah...it could be related to that" Kasie said, luckily they stopped talking after what Kasie said, Gibbs arrived "Kasie, Jimmy has something for you" Gibbs said, Kasie went to Jimmy, Gibbs looked at McGee, Nick and Ellie "So, what we have?" he asked "Petty officer Oliver Jameson, 34 years, no criminal record, his neighbors describe him as the perfect neighbor, always kind and helpful, he has a girlfriend, she's coming" Ellie said "Uhm...Gibbs where is Jack?" Nick asked, Gibbs looked at him, turned around and went to Kasie's lab "Nick you want to die or what?" asked Ellie "Someone had to ask it" Nick replied "Nick, no one had to...what if they had a fight? We don't know" said McGee, Nick looked at them "Oook" he said.
