Jisoo was out with Rosé that Saturday morning, helping her out with maid of honour duties. Today was also going to be Jinyoung and Jisoo's first real date, or so Jinyoung had claimed.

"It's really no joke. Couples really do get tested the most when it's nearing their wedding.", Rosé said with a small sigh. She was just ranting to Jisoo about how Byungchan and her had gotten into a scuffle two days ago.

"Wait so have you and Chan made up?", Jisoo said as stirred her coffee.

"Of course we have.", Rosé said as she nodded, "I'm just saying.., it's just really a challenge. I see why Jennie and Jaehyun fought so much nearing their wedding.", Rosé added as she sipped on her orange juice.

"Right.", Jisoo agreed, her mind going back to how Jennie almost called off the wedding when Jaehyun and her had argued way too much, "But come on. You guys will work through it. It's you and Byungchan.", Jisoo encouraged, and Rosé smiled smally, agreeing.

"Also, isn't your date with Jinyoung today?", Rosé inquired, and Jisoo nodded.

"Yes.", Jisoo said, "I'm really excited.", Jisoo beamed, though she seemed a bit tense and Rosé noticed it.

"Is everything okay?", Rosé asked, and Jisoo nodded.

"It is. Of course. It's just..", Jisoo trailed, "Chaeng I want it to work this time.", Jisoo said, and Rosé inhaled at that.

"Who said it won't?", Rosé asked, "You know from how I see it, it will work. Not everyone gets lucky and meets the love of their life again after almost a decade you know.", Rosé said pointedly, and she was right.

"You're right.", Jisoo said as she exhaled, feeling a bit at ease.

"And who knows maybe this time next year, I'll be following you for maid of honour duties.", Rosé teased and Jisoo rolled her eyes playfully at her bestfriend's joke. Though deep down that would be nice.

After what seemed like forever of running errands with Rosé the whole, it was finally nearing 6PM. Jisoo was now in her bedroom, getting ready for her date with Jinyoung.

Jisoo looked at herself in the mirror in a sigh of relief. Her hair was down and she had put on some decent make-up with a cute pink lip. She had on a fit pleated white and baby blue dress with spaghetti straps that hugged her curves perfectly, and it had a slit on the side of the dress, that showed some of her skin on her right thigh.

She then decided to match her whole outfit with a pair of white heels and a mini white Dior bag. She then took a deep breath and glanced at up at the clock, she saw that it was 5:50PM. Jinyoung would be at her front door any minute now. And much to her expectation, the doorbell than rang.

Jisoo quickly grabbed her purse and made her way to the door, she smiled when she saw Jinyoung through the monitor. He was wearing a baby blue–too–button up.

Jisoo opened the door, and Jinyoung found himself getting stunned at how gorgeous she looked which caused Jisoo to chuckle smally.

"Hello to you too.", Jisoo said teasingly with a small smile on her face, snapping Jinyoung back to reality.

"S-sorry.", Jinyoung chuckled nervously, "You just..you look really beautiful.", Jinyoung smiled and Jisoo felt her cheeks get hot at that.

"You don't look so bad yourself.", Jisoo replied, keeping her cool and Jinyoung bit the inside of his cheeks at that as he nodded slowly, holding in his smile.
