NIKLAUS SWAN LET OUT A LIGHT LAUGH AS HIS SISTER FELL ON THE ICY GROUND. Which had gotten him a glare from her.
"Okay," he sighed, rolling his eyes playfully then walking closer and extending his hand. "don't even think about pulling me to the ground."
He held his sister up, hearing the car of his father's enter in the drive-way. He didn't turn to look, helping his sister up before she could pull him down. "Definitely not gonna happen."
Bella smiled, giving up on trying to seek out the same vengeance. "Are you alright?" Charlie asked, having seen the fall but his son was faster to approach her.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Ive doesn't really help with uncoordinated." Bella replied.
"Yeah. That's why I had some new tires put in the truck. Old ones getting pretty bald. Well, probably be late for dinner. I gotta head down to Mason County. Security guard at the Grisham Mill got killed by some kind of animal."
