CHAPTER SIX: training

NICKLAUS SWAN WATCHES AS EMMETT IS FLUNG THROUGH THE AIR BY JASPER. Something that Klaus found very amused.
Emmett quickly got up, turning to face Jasper. "Again!"
The Volvo arrives, skidding to a halt next to Jasper's jeep. Edward and Bella climb out of the car. Edward grabbed a hold of Bella's hand, twisting it gently to see the bracelet. Edward stops as they reached halfway across the field. "They're here." Edward announced.
Jasper pulled Klaus closer to him, wrapping an arm around his waist. Alice held his hand from behind Jasper's back. The werewolves started to show up, climbing down the hill. They growled lowly.
"They don't test us enough to be in their human forms." Edward told.
"They came. That's what matters." Carlisle says. "Will you translate?" He asked his son, stepping closer to the wolves.
One wolf walked closer, Klaus immediately knowing that it was Jacob as he had seen Jacob's wolf form before. They growled as Carlisle got closer. "Welcome. Jasper has experience with newborns. He'll teach us how to defeat them."
They all looked to Jasper.
"They want to know how the newborns differ from us." Edward said out-loud.
Jasper has also gotten close to the wolves, just a few steps behind Carlisle while Alice held Klaus's hand to keep him at her side, and unable to possibly injure himself.
"They're a great deal stronger than us because their own human blood lingers in thier tissues." Carlisle answers. "Our kind is never more physically powerful than in our several months of this life."
Carlisle stepped away, signaling for Jasper to speak up. "Carlisle's right. That's why they are created. A newborn army doesn't need thousands like a human army, but no human army could stand against them. Now, the two most important things to remember are, first, never let them get their arm around you. They'll crush you instantly. And second, never go for the obvious kill. They'll be expecting that, and you will lose."
"Emmett." Jasper called, calmly walking to the other side. Both Emmett and Jasper faced each other. "Don't hold back."
"Not in my nature." Emmett replied, smiling. Emmett ran at Jasper, pushing him back as Jasper dug his shoes into the ground before flipping over the dark-haired vampire. He spinned on the dirt before running back at Emmett, dodging him, and then flipping him over.
