"Today is the big day!" My doctor says excitedly as she walks into my room.

I sit on the edge on my bed, having the clothes Jugyeong gave me for the party, sitting next to me, waiting for me to get changed. She walks over to me, beginning her usual tests.

"Breath in." She says.

I breath in, feeling energetic from the excitement of finally being able to leave this hospital room. I never thought this day would come.

"Breath out." She says, breaking me away from my daydream. "Very good." She says.

She finishes checking up on me and hands me a pill bottle.

"You need to take two of these everyday. These will help your body not see your new heart as an "intruder". We will still be having frequent check-ups, but only twice a month."

I smile at her sentence.

"That's the shortest amount of time I will ever visit the hospital."

She places her hand on my shoulder, sharing my excitement.

"I know." She whispers. "Well, that's all I have to say," she says, letting me stand up. "Go ahead an get dressed and then you can leave." She says.

She hugs me before leaving my room. I grab the clothes, my hands shaking slightly, before going into the bathroom to put them on.
I lock the door behind me, looking at myself in the mirror with a big grin. I change, grabbing the jacket that Jugyeong also gave me, off of my old bed. I look around the room one last time, taking a deep breath in. I put on the jacket, getting ready to go to Jugyeong's house. She set up a party for me and I was also going to stay there for as long as I needed. I guess my dad was right, once I got better, I could go to as many sleepovers as I wanted to.
I walk out of the room, closing the door softly behind me. I shove the pill bottle into my pocket and make my way over to the elevator. I press the button, waving to a few other nurses and doctors that I've met while I was here.

"Congratulations!" One of them says happily.

I bow.

"Thank you!" I say back.

The elevator door opens and I lift my foot to step inside.

"Yusoi."

I stop. I turn my head to see Haeun.

"Where are you going?" She says.

"Why do you- It's really none of your business." I say, trying to stay as calm as possible.

She looks at her watch and sighs.

"Well, I get off of work at ten, so if you could be back by then-"

The elevator doors close as I turn all the way to face her completely.

"Why do I need to know or care when you get off of work?" My voice raises a little.

She sighs and looks down, collecting herself before looking back at me.

"Because you're coming home. With me."

I stand there in disbelief. I start to laugh.

"Home? I don't have a home anymore. And I'm certainly not going to live with you." I snap.

Her lip quivers, but I turn away from her, pressing the elevator button once more. The doors open and I make my way inside. I press the button for the lobby and as the door is about to close, Haeun stops it with her hand. I roll my eyes.

"Can you please leave me alone? You had no problem doing that when I was younger." I spat.

"What school does Jugyeong go to?" She asks with desperation in her voice.
