Duende:
"The mysterious power of art to deeply move a person."

Draco sprinkled the tobacco across the rolling paper, evening it out with his fingertips as Pansy watched with interest. Vincent had taught him how to roll his own cigarettes during the summer. "Show off." Theo rolled his eyes at him.
"Nott's just jealous that his cigarettes aren't organic." Draco said aloud to no one in particular. "Don't pretend you actually care about the environment, Malfoy." Theo scoffed in disbelief. "You just want to look cool."
Draco finished his rolling and pulled a lighter out from his pocket. "What's this?" Daphne Greengrass prowled over to the small group, leaning against the roaring fireplace. "Draco's rolling his own cigarettes." Pansy swooned, fluttering her eyelashes flirtatiously.
"Impressive." Daphne cocked her head to the side, watching closely as he brought the cigarette to his lips and lit the end. Draco brought his palm down to the cool black leather of the couch he sat on, patting it--indicating Daphne to take a seat.
She raised her eyebrows ever so slightly, taking her seat beside him as he blew out a puff of smoke gently onto her face. She shut her eyelids, smiling daringly when the air cleared. "May I?" She leaned forward, and Draco handed her the cigarette.
Pansy shifted awkwardly from across them, obviously uncomfortable with their sudden closeness. "Mmm." Daphne murmured in the most seductive voice she could muster as she finished with the cigarette.
Draco draped one arm over the couch, resting behind her as he leaned in, allowing her to hold the cigarette to his own lips as he inhaled. "Coming to the party on the Saturday after the next?" He whispered, his lips an inch from her ear.
Theo scoffed from somewhere nearby. "Is this the one in the room of requirements?" She met his gaze, her eyes filled with desire as he inhaled again. "Yes." He leaned right in, blowing the smoke out into her open mouth. Her eyes fluttered shut as she inhaled.
"Get a room." Theo groaned as Draco traced a finger up Daphne's thigh. Pansy almost cried out in horror. "If you insist." Draco looked up, sending a lazy smile in Blaise and Theo's direction before he led Daphne upstairs into his dorm room. The sound of Blaise's faint chuckles followed him until he shut the door.

Eden shuffled further over, her bare feet dangling off the ledge above the lake. She pressed her hands into the grass beside her as she tested the water temperature, leaving pink, grass shaped indents on her palms. Freezing. She slid a little closer, and submerged her feet below the surface. She almost cried out, but bit back on her lip to suppress the noise. She'd always hated the cold.
She waited impatiently as her feet slowly adjusted to the temperature of the water, before opening her book and starting on the next chapter. The ledge over the Black Lake was just tall enough that her feet reached the top of the water. She often read there when the sun was out.
The wind blew strands of her hair around her face, so she set the book back down and pulled her hair together behind her head, sliding a hair tie off her wrist and wrapping it around it. There was a small creek a bit further on from there, where Willow trees would lean over the water. She would be there now if she didn't only have thirty minutes until lunch ended.
During her years at Hogwarts, Eden had spent a great deal of time exploring the grounds and even a little past the boundaries. She knew all the good spots, but unfortunately, they were too far away for her to have time to get there and back before Transfiguration started.
