Jennie POV
I glared as I saw Lisa pinning Rosie behind the refrigerator. I wanted a midnight snack, even used my secret entrance, but I was ready to strangle a certain mermaid for touching my Lisa.
"Unnie! It's not what it looks like." Rosie begged, her eyes full of fear and I swear I saw a flash of fear in Lisa's.
God if she were my girlfriend, I'd bend her over this counter and make sure she never made this mistake again.
"Then explain." I grabbed Lisa's hand, pulling her away from Rosé and the two explained how they were just hiding from the security guard when they were eating breakfast.
"You're lucky." I mumbled softly as I turned to grab my lucky charm box, but widened my eyes when it felt empty. I turned around sharply to glare at the two frozen girls.
"You guys better run." I hissed and they both shrieked. I almost laughed when Lisa vanished, leaving a shocked Rosé behind. "Don't worry Rosie, I'd never hurt you. You might want to hurry out before you get caught, though."
"Thanks, unnie." She smiled at me, but before she could leave, I grabbed her wrist.
"Just don't ever let me catch you with Lisa like that again. Got it?" I hissed and she nodded quickly. "Love you." I blew her a kiss and left to the hall, wanting my bed.
Lisa POV
"Wait so Kim Jennie ended up taking you?" Jackson asked beside me as he walked with me to our strength 101 class. "Is she your boyfriend now or? Do I have competition?"
"What?" I laughed as I stopped in the hallway. "No we aren't dating, but competition? What's that supposed to mean?"
"I think I made it clear I like you." He grinned as grabbed one of my hands. I almost frowned at how weird it felt, making me feel even more confused when I wanted a softer hand holding mine.
"You're beautiful, Lalisa. I like how you're independent and confident in the school. I want to get to know you, I'm interested in you. Insanely interested."
"Jackson I didn't-" I was about to finish that sentence when the door opened and I saw Jennie walk into the building with this cute girl, a stupid smile on her stupid face as she linked an arm onto Jennie.
I narrowed my eyes at that, but shook my head. "I didn't think about it, sorry. We can get to know each other, but I can't promise much. Deal?"
He kissed my hand, nodding and I felt my cheeks flare up at the action. He held the door open for me, "After you. Can't promise I won't take it easy on you, beautiful."
"Oh please." I rolled my eyes as I walked in, neither of us noticing the intense feline glare a few feet behind us.
I sat down next to Jackson, tensing slightly when I saw Jennie walk in, that stupid girl STILL on her arm. I bit my lip and looked down at my notes before I got too annoyed and broke my pen.
"Want to be partners?" He whispered to me, his breath tickling my neck from how close he was. "I need a challenge."
"I'd love to kick your ass." I smirked at him, my eyes slightly widening when I noticed how close our faces were. I immediately pulled back and thankfully our professor walked in.
He explained how the strength sparing would go, we would choose a partner and whoever pinned the other for three seconds, won. The winner of the match wouldn't have to do the five page essay on strength.
So yeah. I wasn't holding back.
We walked out to the field and I almost kicked my ass when I forgot to read the notes that Professor Dara left for me. I quickly ran back to glance them over, her warning me that I needed to get beaten a little because my strength shouldn't be stronger than the professors.
Otherwise it would look suspicious.
I ripped the note up and put it in my bag before going back out to the field. I made it to see Jennie had paired with a different guy than that loser who she was with.
Jennie was fighting a vampire and I bit my nails nervously as he threw Jennie to the ground hard. I smiled when she kicked him in the knee, forcing him to kneel in pain. She kicked his face and he flew down, she won.
She smirked down at him and I swear that was the hottest-wait. Coolest! Thing ever.
"Ready?" Jackson asked and I nodded. Professor Lee explained the rules, no biting or scratching. No ripping off body parts or ripping out organs.
"After you, Princess." Jackson yanked off his jacket, flexing his muscles and I scoffed. I ran to him, going to punch his chest when he grabbed my hand, pushing it back. "Cute."
I could feel myself getting annoyed but pushed it back. It's just sparring. I reminded myself and dodged his punch, landing a hard kick to his midsection and he flew back.
I smirked, "That was cute." He huffed as he jumped to his feet and the students started cheering as he ran at me. He grabbed my arms and I sank down, using my strength to toss him off me.
I ran to him, trying to pin him and I managed to for two seconds, before he flipped us and held my arms down by my head. We heard cat calls and I rolled my eyes before head butting him.
I used my hips to flip us and he groaned when I used my strength, winning. "No fair." He whined as he now had to do the essay.
"Sorry for the head butting." I frowned at the slight bruise. He waved me off but before anything, the girl that was standing with Jennie walked over to us.
"Mind if we try? I'm Sana and a vampire who would love a challenge."
And I'd love to kick your ass Sana.
"Why not." I smirked at her and I saw Jennie's worried and confused glance. Probably worried for her lover. I narrowed my eyes at the thought as we got into the circle.
"Start!"
I gasped as I felt her suddenly swipe my feet from under me. She stood above me, grinning at me. "You're definitely a baby vampire. How adorable."
"Actually, I'm cute." I grabbed her ankle, yanking her to the floor and got up. She ran at me, trying to punch me but I dodged it. I kicked her, sending her flying back into a tree and I felt bad.
"I'm so-"
"THATS IT." Sana had bright red eyes and her fangs out as she hissed at me. She flashed in front of me, gripping onto my throat and I gasped, trying to rip her hands off of me.
"Sana!" We heard Jennie hiss and I could see others stop cheering as it got serious.
I immediately kneed her hard in the stomach, making her bend in pain and I used my elbow to hit her in the face. She fell back and I pinned onto her.
"Sana! it's just sparring!" I reminded her when suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my arm. I screamed in pain as she bit onto me, Professor Lee immediately got in the circle, pulling me away from her and he had the vampires hold her down to get her calm.
I whined in pain as it felt like sharp needles constantly stabbing me.
"Lisa!" I felt Jennie pull me to her chest, "I'll take you-"
"No. You need to calm Sana down. Jackson take Lisa to her dorm please."
I felt Jackson lift me into his arms and I took a glance, seeing worried but angry eyes as Jennie glared at Jackson.
He's going to heal her I frowned at Jennie's thoughts. Was she jealous?
