Lisa POV
Before texting Jennie...
"You needed to see me? And make my chicken disappear?" I deadpanned as I crossed my arms, standing in front of Dara's desk.
She gave me an apologetic smile. "When I tell you this news, your lunch will be the last of your worries. Lalisa, you are days away from your week trial here. I'll need an answer if you officially want to join the School of Supernaturals. However, I have hard news to tell you. One of my witches last night informed me that BamBam went to the hospital is on life support. He isn't expected to make it."
"I need to go." I turned to rush out but the door closed and I turned to glare at her. "Remove the magic. Now. My brother needs me!"
"That hospital will notice that you haven't aged a day! You, a vampire in a hospital full of blood and humans, I can't have that. I'm sorry, Lalisa, but I can have them send a letter for you."
"If my brother dies and I'm not there." I flashed in front of her, showing my red eyes and peering down at her. "I will burn this fucking Hogwarts to the ground."
"She'll do it." I turned to see Nayeon walk in. "I could see her doing that in the future if she doesn't see her brother."
Dara sighed, rubbing her temple. Then I remembered something Jennie told me.
"Wait what if I had a graduated student take me? They're allowed to leave campus and can calm me."
"I'm understanding you mean a certain Kim Jennie?" Dara raised an eyebrow and I bit my lip, nodding. "I want a witch to accompany as well. They can use magic to suppress your gifts."
"I ca-"
"Jisoo-"
Both Nayeon and I went to speak at the same time, causing her to blush. I felt bad, but being in the same place with Jennie and Nayeon probably wouldn't be the best situation. I didn't have any time to waste, Bambi needed me.
"Kim Jisoo can. Nayeon you still have a trainee to help this afternoon. I apologize for the news, Lalisa, but please understand I only look out for your best interests."
I thanked her and rushed out of the room. Then it hit me. Nayeon saw me burning this place down because my brother would die. My baby brothers going to die soon. I felt tears and hated that sometimes they wouldn't fall, but for the first time in 70 years, they fell.
I needed Jennie.
I pulled out my phone. Texting her and hoping she would be here soon.
I pulled out my phone to text Jisoo.
Jisoo Unnie: I need your help. Please meet me at my dorm with Rosé.
"Babe!" I turned and let Jennie crush me against her chest. I wrapped my arms around her, crying into her neck as she stayed quiet, comforting me.
I held her to me as I ran us to my dorm, her squeak at first sounding so cute but I couldn't tease her on that right now.
"I...got... the text." Jisoo panted as she and Rosé burst inside, both huffing for air. "What'd you need?"
"I can't explain right now, but I promise tonight I will. Someone I care for very much is passing away and I need a bracelet that takes my vampire abilities."
"I don't know if Miss D-"
"I got her approval for it. I promise."
Jisoo nodded and I handed her a random bracelet I owned. She set it on the bed and held her hands over it, chanting for a few seconds. She stopped and handed it to me, "I expect the truth when you come home. Okay?"
