Lisa POV

I smiled as I made my way out of the elevator towards Jennie's door. I hadn't heard from Jennie since last night and really missed him. Before I could knock on the door, it was yanked open and Jisoo yanked me in.

"They took Jennie as a part of a field experience for you, a vampire. It's a test to see your abilities in tracking should they ever need you to help them. Be careful, you'll want to use all your strength but remember, they're watching and they'll be able to see you're different."

"Wait so Jennie was taken?! Without them warning me?!"

"I'm not supposed to tell you but your aunt gave me permission. There's a note on her bed. Good luck, but I know it won't take long. Jackson might follow but he won't interfere and remember, today your teachers are just other vampires kidnapping your boyfriend. You can kick their ass, they want to see you won't hold back."

"Trust me. I will." I growled at the thought of someone, maybe Wendy, kidnapping my Jennie and scaring her. Jisoo gave me a hug before leaving the dorm and I walked over to her bed, sure enough there was a note.

We've found a certain succubus to keep us company. We trust you can use your...skills to find her. And us.

I crumbled the letter and closed my eyes, sniffing the air and for a moment, I felt like an animal going on pure instinct. I could smell perfumes and Jennie's scent mixed and that pissed me off.

Then I recognized the smell. It was Sana. I'd know that scent since we sparred that one day she bit me. I ran out of the dorm and went in search of that vampire and sure enough, I saw her eating at a table with her friends.

I flashed over to her, slamming her head into the table, causing her to yelp. "Where is Jennie?" She whined when I tightened my grip on her neck. "Tell me before I make an indent on this fine table with your head."

"I can't! It's part of the test! I can only admit I had to take her." She whimpered and I let myself read her mind as she thought of this morning.

Jennie was sleeping peacefully on her bed, cuddling another pillow in her arms when Sana rushed over to her. Jennie's eyes widened immediately when Sana tied her feet together and she started to scream.

"Lili!" She got her mouth taped shut and Sana threw him over her shoulder.

*flash*

"Perfect." Professor Lee praised Sana as she dumped her near a well in the forest. I could hear the waves near by.

"You're lucky this a test otherwise you wouldn't have hands anymore." I roughly let go of Sana, I had leads now.

I flashed off towards the forest, making sure not to run too fast since there were people watching me. I made it to a cliff near the beach, walking over to the trees so I can find Jennie's scent. Thankfully it wasn't too late in the morning so the scent would still be fresh.

Before I could take in the air, I was thrown back into the forest and hit a tree. I gasped in pain as I landed on my side. I glanced over to see Seulgi smirking at me and I glared at her.

"Don't hold back too much." She teased with a baby voice.

"I wasn't going to." I ran over to her, gripping her by her shirt and kicking her back off the side of the cliff. I knew she'd be fine since it was near the beach, she just might have to swim for a minute.

I smirked as she came up from the water, her red eyes snarling as she screamed my name. I blew a kiss to her and went off to track Jennie. I giggled as I remembered Seulgi's scream as she fell into the water.

I managed to track her scent and found the well that Sana had been to. I swear on my aunt, if my Jennie is stuck in that well, I will rip Lee into pieces. Test or not.

"Almost there." Irene's voice said from above in the tree. I saw her crouched on a branch, grinning at my annoyance. "I can tell Seulgi didn't hold you back much."

"Not at all seeing as your girlfriend was thrown to the ocean."

I saw her glare a bit before she nonchalantly shrugged. I then remembered that vampires weren't supposed to have souls, therefore, Irene didn't really care much for Seulgi.

"Why do you want Jennie so badly?" She jumped down effortlessly and landed in front of me, too close for my liking. "You could join me, Seulgi, and the others. We love to share."

She purred seductively and she ran a finger down my arm and I held back my glare. "You don't need that he she to make you feel...satisfied. After all, us vampires run on blood and the sex."

"Yeah well I'm sure you'll understand when I say I'm not interested." I hissed softly and suddenly she had me pinned against the wall. My eyes almost widened in surprise at her strength, sure I could easily throw her, but Jisoo warned me that I could be exposed.

So I would have to play weak. Irene smirked at me, "I'm a second generation vampire. Practically the strongest which is why, I run the vampires. Be my pet, Lalisa. I'll take care of you and I'll be your pet in return. You're strong, I can feel it."

"No." I struggled against her hold and tensed when she nuzzled her face into the crook of my neck. "This test is stupid. Let go, Irene. Surely you could be having fun with your others instead of this boring stuff."

"You're right. I could be, but you just smell so good. Just one taste, Lalisa." She kissed my neck and I started to get worried. If she bit into me, I would probably get addicted to her feeding off me and I didn't want anyone else having me than Jennie.

"No!" I slammed my head into hers, causing her to groan in pain. I used my strength to flip her off me and pin her to the ground. "Irene I'm giving you this chance to leave before I leave your ass stuck in that well. Choose."

She glared at me and I could tell in her mind she chose the right decision. I got off her and she was up in a blink. "I will get what I want. But go ahead, save that thing." She snarled at me, before flashing off towards the school.

I let out the breath I didn't realize I was holding. Irene was the closest I had to someone else almost feeding off me. She was right, vampires cared nothing for feeding and the sex was an enjoyment when you could feed off your lovers. It was addictive from the endorphins in our fangs but I'd rather yank out my own fangs than to ditch my Jennie and be one of theirs.

I was Jennie's. He was mine. They had my Jennie and I was done holding back. I tracked her scent back towards an old cabin and I could hear her inside it.

Professor Lee walked out, slowly clapping with a proud smile. "It only took you 20 minutes, Lalisa. There's a problem. You have to get through me to get to her. Take me down, stab me anywhere but the heart, and you pass."

He tossed a knife to me and I caught it.

"Say less." I flashed over to him, dodging his own knife swing and I quickly swiped his feet out from under him. I could hear his thoughts on stabbing my leg so I flipped backwards in time to miss his slash.

I growled at him, completely positive my eyes were red now. He charged at me and swung his fist out but I ducked, using that as my chance to kick the knife out of his hand and I did. He glanced at me in surprise but I elbowed him hard in the gut, kicking my knee into his face and he flew onto his back.

I pounced on him, not feeling bad when I stabbed his shoulder, causing him to shout in pain and I smirked at him.

"I passed."
