Lisa POV

"You stupid, moronic, imbecilic, dumb ass, fucking.." Mom trailed off as she scolded dad who looked ready to slam his head against his desk. He sighed as he rubbed the sides of his head and I felt bad for hun.

"Chittip baby-"

"Oh eat SHIT, Ten!" Mom hissed at him, "How could you just openly expose our daughter like that! Every time an elder has a child, the strongest attend to accept them as part of the family. We never did that since they would know mine and Lisa's secret!"

"I can handle myself, mom." I smiled softly at her as the anger left her eyes. "I'm not a defenseless child okay? If they find out I'm a turned vampire, I have you both now to help me out."

"Nothing will happen. I promise that." Dad said determined to me and I nodded. "Just try not to get into trouble okay? As long as we stay peaceful, life should be normal here for our family."

I nodded and stood up, giving them both a hug before leaving the office to head back to my dorm room. I rose an eyebrow when I saw Jackson standing by the wall, arms crossed.

"I can feel you feel threatened, had to come see if you were okay." I shrugged, walking over to stand next to him against the wall. "Everything okay? I heard the girls earlier talking about you. Do they know now?"

"They don't but I doubt it will be long before everyone figures it out. You know, for once, I just wanted to feel normal. As normal as a vampire could feel. Now I'm going to go back to being the outcast."

"Try being a woman with male parts." I turned and saw Nini walking down the hall, making me smile at her. She skipped over to us, wrapping her arms around me and giving me a kiss. "I wanted to make sure you're fine."

"Better now." I hugged Jennie, taking in her comfort. Jackson patted my shoulder and left us alone, giving Jennie a fist bump on the way out. "Are the vampires really talking about what happened?"

"The whole campus is." Jennie admitted with an apologetic smile. "Understandably, I mean an elder who's been gone appears to announce he has a child of his own. He never had a child that they knew about from his own line."

"Fantastic." I sighed as I cuddled closer into Jennie's arm. "Can I stay with you tonight?"

"Of course baby." She pecked me as we started the walk to her dorm. We were cuddling on her bed when the door opened, Rosé skipping inside.

"Oh good you're both decent this time." She shivered, still traumatized when she walked in one day after Jennie and I had sex. She screamed so loud, Jennie's mirror cracked on the wall.

"I thought you would know it's polite to knock." Jennie hissed as she sat up, making me groan in annoyance as my human pillow moved. "Jisoo isn't here."

"Rude!" Rosé gasped in offense, holding a hand to her heart. "You're my friends too! I'm just bored and there's nothing else to do on campus! Unnie, I'm BORED!"

"How's that my problem?!" Jennie whined and I giggled at their antics. "Go count fishes!"

"Too many fish in the sea." She sighed as she sat on Jisoo's bed. "So have any of the vampires questioned you yet?"

"Wait the mermaids know?" I shot up, raising an eyebrow. She nodded and I groaned in annoyance. "But they don't know I can read minds right?"

I wouldn't say that out loud if I were you, Rosé taped her ear and gestured to the door, Never know if they're listening but no. Only we know.

"Good. Let's keep it that way."

"And come on! It's been hours, I'm pretty sure by now everyone's over this." I smirked, laying back in triumph.

~~next day

"Oh my god they're not over it." I whispered as I saw every vampire and supernatural looking my way as I stepped into the cafeteria. Part of me was tempted to flip them off so they had something to look at, but I didn't want another detention.

V flashed over to my side, leading me away from the gazes and I thanked him. "Looks like someone is miss popular now. Then again, you're an elders daughter."

"I didn't think it would be a big deal. At least not like this." I said as I looked at the blood bag vending machine. I chose AB- and happily sipped on my drink as I made my way to sit with Jisoo.

"I'm stressing." She sighed as she bit into a chicken tender roughly. "It's going to be mine and Rosie's 2 year anniversary and I have NO idea what to get her."

"A seashell bra?" V joked, earning a snort from me and a glare from Jisoo. "A red wig? Oh! A pet lobster!"

"Enough from you!" Jisoo threw her pencil at him, making him shriek and duck. It's never a good idea to make a stressed out Jisoo mad, but definitely worth seeing her throw something at him.

"A pencil? That's all you got?"

"I could take away your ability to speak. Oh! Maybe turn you into a lobster as a pet for my girlfriend." Jisoo smirked and V paled in fear.

"Uhh I think my beds calling my name. Bye girls!" He left within a blink and I laughed, making Jennie give me a confused look as she came over to sit down.

"What was that?"

"Unnie threatened to turn him into a lobster."

"She would've." Jennie shuddered, "She turned me into a cat for a whole hour for fun."

"Yeah I think you got stuck with the eyes after that." Jisoo bursted out laughing and it took everything in me not to do the same from the look on Jennie's face.

"I'll make you feel more stressed out!" Jennie hissed at her and Jisoo narrowed her eyes back, but shut up instantly. "Are you and Rosie fighting? She's been swimming in circles the whole day, she won't even come up to talk to me and I don't speak underwater."

"Better go calm her down before she makes a tsunami on accident again." Jisoo sighed as she stood up, leaving out to go to Rosé.

"Hey Lisa." I looked up to see Irene smirking down at me, causing me to raise my eyebrow at her. "You look good today."

"Your shirt has buttons for a reason, whorebag." Jennie gritted her teeth as she held onto my arm. "And my girlfriend always looks good. Bye."

"Wasn't talking to you." Irene glared at Jennie, "No wonder I always felt this sexual power radiating off you. Being a first born from an elder, you must be a strong vampire. That's so fucking hot."

"BITCH, I will STAKE you." Jennie snarled as she shot up, slamming her hands on the table and having an intense glare off with Irene. "Get this through your big ass head, Lisa is MINE. Not sharing, over my dead body."

"Keep this up and I can arrange that."

That made me growl at her, I could see in her mind the image of her snapping Jennie's neck and I was seeing red. She wanted to see some strength? I'll show her some.

I shot up in a flash, pushing Irene with all my might so she went flying to the other side of the cafeteria, crashing into the wall, hitting the trash cans. Immediately her coven flew to her side and everyone started laughing when they saw her being picked up, trash all over her.

"Strong enough?" I smirked at her, wrapping an arm around Jennie's shoulder and I smiled at her giggles.
