Chapter Twenty Seven

Twenty Seven:

I laid half awake on the couch. It was about two in the morning and Dave and Jake had passed out. Drew was still happily playing away his brain capacity on the Xbox, Dennis was no where to be found and I had managed to chug three Monsters already. I rolled my arm over my head and then stood up, groggily making my way back to where the bathroom was. I ran into someone who's arms instantly wrapped around me. I was too zombie-fied to resist Dennis. He lifted my chin to his eye level. I give him a flat look.

"What do you want?" I asked tiredly. My half empty monster can was still in my hand. It wasnt helping. Dennis sighed.

"You should get some sleep," he muttered. I was too tired to resist this time, again, as he lead me to my bunk.

"Guys I'm going to sleep! See ya fuckers," I called out to whoever was still awake or had woken up in the living room area.

Dennis held me against him them laid me down. He looked at me for awhile but I avoided his gaze.

"Jay..." he trailed. I knew what he was going to say but I ignored it. "I'm sorry..." he whispered. He kissed my forehead then my nose and my cheek before brushing my bangs out of my right eye and looking at me sadly before he left.

I fell sleep slowly. I hated myself that night because Dennis was all I could think, and dream about.

When I woke up, I was excited to see Dennis. Then everything came back and I just started crying. I hadn't realized how long I was crying till someone came in and I jumped.

"Whoa," Jake said. He hesitated before he gave me a hug. "Do you need to talk to someone?"

I nodded sternly. "Can you go get Dennis?"

When he came back with Dennis I had it all planned out like some sick game. I didn't want to feel like this the whole concert. So I was going to straighten it out.

He walked in and his eyes were red underneath, he looked worn.

"Start. What happened. From the very beginning," i said coldly. He was almost shaking and he took a raspy breath before he started.

"I-I I was waiting. For you. She came out of the bathroom and she saw me so I panicked and it was too late to walk away. And then she.. K-kissed me and she had me pinned against the wall and i didn't want to hurt her so I tried pushing her away without throwing her and you showed up just as I decided that it didn't matter and i tried to push her off..."

Dennis's P.O.V.

She was letting me explain.. finally. I knew it was just so the whole concert everyone wouldn't be so stressed out, but I hoped so badly she would believe me.. I was falling for her. I couldn't lose her NOW.

She looked at me. "Ok."

That's it?

I inched my way closer to her, and she inched her way back till she was against a wall and couldn't move. She put her hand out on my chest so I couldn't move any closer.

"Jay please... im... im falling in love with you..."

She stared at me with a blank face but j saw a flicker of pain and happiness cross her eyes. I grabbed her hand up and pressed her closer to the wall as I pressed my lips to her.

My stomach erupted inside of me and it was amazing. I finally got to kiss her again... Eventually, she put her arms around my neck and pulled me closer. I pulled back and inch to lightly lick her lips and her fingers tightened in my hair. I smirked and kissed her deeply.

"You're so beautiful. I missed you so much..." I said. I was almost about to cry. She held my face in her hands and made me look back up at her. She didn't say anything. She leaned in and kissed me softly, holding me.

Jays P.O.V.

I held him in my arms and he held onto me so tightly I thought it would break me. I chuckled and kissed his nose.

"I need to practice the show is soon," I smiled. He laughed shakily and pulled me up and kissed me deeply then covered my face and neck with kisses.

We walked back out and he reached for my hand, then looked at me.

"..can I?" He asked quietly. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him down so I could reach him a little better.

"Anytime you want." I pressed my mouth to his and kissed him with everything in me before pulling back and grabbing his hand and walking out to the living room area thing. I wasn't sure what it was.

"Practice?" Dave asked. I nodded.

"Practice."

"Looks like you two worked it out yay I love you guys ew," he said. I laughed again before we started back in the road. We had to set up at the place were we would be opening for Avenged Sevenfold.

Avenged Sevenfold.

I was screaming on the inside.

But I wanted to play for Black Veil Brides so badly.

This whole thing was amazing and so hard to believe.. I was convinced I would just wake up in my room, having to get up for school the next day and deal with all the shit and that this whole thing was a dream.

But it was a dream. My dream. That was fucking coming true.
