Four-

Waking up, I groggily rolled put of my bed and took a quick shower, before getting dressed in black skinny jeans and a white and black shirt designed by Andy Biersack. The design was a black playing card with ANDY BLACK in white at the top and the words THEY DONT NEED TO UNDERSTAND in white. Then i pulled on my black and white converse, and it was cold out so I grabbed my black and red checker zip-up hoodie and stuffed it in my bag. I ran back to the bathroom to finish my hair and eyeliner.

I ate some cereal, got my brothers some cereal, got the dogs food, and then we got in the car.

As we pulled up to their school, I said I loved them as they got out but I stopped David. Max waited for him.

"Don't let all the assholes get to you, and don't let them push you around today, or any day," I told him. He nodded. "And watch out for your brother, okay?"

"I got it, love you," he said. He left and him and Max walked in.

I pulled away and drove to my hell hole that I was going to endure for another seven hours.

I parked ad walked in, going in from the gym so I could avoid people at the door. I walked up to my locker, and stared at it.

Emo. Got cut yourself.

Go kill yourself. Freak.

Goth weirdo.

I yanked the papers off and threw them to the floor. How the hell did anyone not see this and do something? Whatever. I put my bag into my locker, getting out what I needed and put on the zip-up hoodie and also putting my earphones in and blasting my music.

I sat out behind the school, writing in my notebook and drawing. I wrote some lyrics then wrote some thoughts then wrote lyrics to the songs I was listening to. I was in the middle of an awesome song when someone loomed over me. I squinted up at Dave, then laughed, pulling out an earbud. He sat down beside me and put the spare earbud in his ear. I turned my music back up.

"So, what's up?" he asked. I shrugged.

"I got some lovely notes today at my locker," I told him sourly with a bitter smile. He pouted.

"I'm sorry," he said, patting my shoulder. I nodded.

"Its fine," I mumbled. I kicked his foot and then just drew a picture of Jack Skellington.

The bell rang and Dave handed back my earbud. I paused my music and put my phone away, an we headed to class.

I sat down in my first period, and took off the hoodie. It was warm in that class. I tapped my foot to a drum beat stuck in my head as the teacher droned on in a monotone voice that was putting me and everyone else to sleep. I felt someone tap my shoulder. I looked to my left and some chick with a pixie hair cut that was dyed a bright blue, wearing an Adventure Time shirt, looking at me.

"Hey, I heard about your bands show this week. I'm going," she told me. I smiled at her.

"Really? That's awesome!" I said. Her smiled widened.

"I'm Heather," she said. I nodded. She seemed cool. Not that girly, like Rebecca, but cool and upbeat. I liked her.

"Cool. I'm Jay," I said. She nodded.

"I know. But I also know that's not your real first name," she said. I bit my lip.

"Haha yeah. I like Jay, though," I told her. She smiled again.
