I throw myself on the chair and rest my back learning on it. It's been one of those crazy days,I am tired Af. I rub my face before looking at few things to wrap up before I go home.

I chuckle thinking about Athule's father,now I get it where she get the sassy attitude from. Like father like daughter. I pray I also have this kind of a relationship with my daughter,all my kids actually. It is beautiful to witness.

Speaking of Athule,she looks,I don't know different. Like something shaken her,she's humble than the last time I saw her. I hope whatever it is,she gets to solve it or fix it.

I pack my things and walk out to my car. On the way I receive a message from Malibongwe with our trip details and confirmation of a deposit. Halala, holiday here we come . We definitely need this.
I can't wait to get home and tell Imi about it,I'm sure she will be super happy.

*ATHULE*

Thabo drives my parents to my place, he offered and I didn’t refuse and neither did they. Atleast tomorrow is my last day this week and then I have back to back assignments the entire weekend. Atleast my studies will keep me from thinking about Thabo and his annoying self!

I knock on his door and he tells me to come in
“Dr Ndlovu” I say and he smiles
“Have a seat” he says and I shake my head no
“I rather stand, I won't be long. Just wanted to thank you that’s all” I say and he shrugs
“Just doing my job. You ok? You don’t seem like your normal sassy self, you seem humble. I hope it's not because of what I said the other day” he says and I chuckle
“No we good. Just going through my own shit that’s all but I’ll be good. I should get back to work, thanks again” I say and turn on my heels
“Athule you know you can talk to me if need a friend” he says and I laugh
“Thank you for the offer but I’ll definitely pass. See you tomorrow doc” I say and then head out to pack my things and prepare to leave. I call Mimi and she tells me she just got off work and is on her way home

“Did you ever find out what happened to Hayley?” I ask her
“Hayley has been drinking her life away” She says
“Do I want to know?” I ask her and she lets out a sigh
“It's work stress that’s all, she’ll be fine I hope” she says and I can feel that she’s not telling me everything
“Mimi” I say
“We’ll talk when I get home ok? Bye babe” she says and ends the call on me. I let out a sigh worried about Hayley as I make my way out saying my goodbyes.

When I step outside I spot Thabo’s car. My shoulders drop, why won't this man leave me alone? I walk to his car because I already know that if I walk past then he’ll block my way and act crazy causing attention from bystanders and I’m not a fan of that.

“What are you doing here?” I ask him
“To fetch you and drive you home. Your parents and I agreed we’d go out for supper” he says proudly
“Thabo you nothing to me and I would really like it if you stayed away from my family. You want to make it up to me? Stay away from my parents, the last thing I want is them getting used to you and thinking that there could be more between us when there's nothing. I don’t want them getting attached to you only for you to walk out on them”  I say drained
“Is that how little you think of me? Athule I understand how much I messed up and I’m trying here. Atleast meet me halfway. We both fucked up and we even now, can we move on” he says
“yeah whatever” I say and he sighs
“I didn’t mean for that to come out like that  but there's really no other way to put it. Sinyelene” he says and I laugh at the term “See? That’s the Athule I like and miss, the lady who got into my car and started telling her friend about her worst sexual experience” he says and I laugh, why does it feel like so long ago when it hasn’t even been a month
“Do you think I’m loose?” I ask him and he halts to a stop on the stop sign
“Why would you ask me that?” he asks me and I shrug
“Because when you came to me you didn’t want a relationship, you wanted someone to fuck and I was more than willing to open my legs for you. Living for you and nobody else” he says and I nod
“Thank you” I say and he smiles at me
“So can we start over? No contracts, no nothing just a nice normal crazy relationship where you’ll tell me straight up when I’m fucking up and not doing you right. where you’ll tell me to get the fuck off you when you not satisfied with my strokes” he says and I laugh, he pulls my hand to his lips and then he kisses the back of it “I want you Athule and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to be with you” he says
“Whatever it takes?” I ask him for certainty and he nods
“Yes” he says

No friend honestly I think you should just forget about this guy and move the fuck on" I scoff and get up going to the window
" Don't you think I didn't try Amu? I tried but I can't. My heart doesn't want anyone else but Musa. I mean friend look at us, we make a perfect family."

She put Nosi down and grab her handbag walking out. I sit down and look at Nosi. An idea pops to mind,this will definitely work. I go to her nursery and take the packet of her medication.
