Taehyung laid out the files over his desk.
Amy Lee
Doh KyungSoo
Drugged, throat sliced, organs harvested, cryo-frozen then discarded after a week or two of their deaths.
The two didn't have any sort of connection.
Neither family nor work history of the two matched.
The two didn't have any specific on their medical records either and now Taehyung was stuck, doubting his own intuitions and leads.
The victims were indeed random stranded victims on a lonely road, late in the night.
Taehyung licked his lips and averted his gaze over to the photo pinned onto his little pin-board.
Lee SaeRin.
It had been a week or so, since the woman had disappeared and yet there were no signs of her, despite the Department and the neighboring cities' efforts.
Taehyung's profession did indeed train him to prepare for the worst, but he didn't want to see another heartbroken family over a corpse of their loved one.
With the amount of dead-ends they were facing, Taehyung could only hope.
The Detective groaned, desperate to find his answers as he sank his forehead into his palms
Hearing a tap resonate from his table, he looked up only to find a bottle of banana milk placed in front of him.
"Huh?" Taehyung mumbled, looking up at the raventte who made himself comfortable on his desk.
"Take a break. Stress lines ain't pretty" Jungkook replied, giving a cheeky grin.
Taehyung leaned back into his chair and took hold of the beverage.
"What about you?" He asked, unscrewing the lid.
"If you'd be generous, then I surely wouldn't mind a sip from- yours?" Jungkook grinned widely, quite scandalous
Taehyung chose to ignore the obvious underlying intentions and cleared his throat, narrowing his eyes at the male.
"Haha I'm good. I'm not a fan of sweet beverages" the raventte quickly replied, sneakily picking out the silver flask from his coat and taking a quick sip from it.
Taehyung's eyes widened with panic but then resorted to narrowing his eyes at the male instead.
"Not a fan-" the Detective sighed "what did you do with the one you took back with you, the other day then?"
Jungkook shrugged nonchalantly."Dear Father knows wherever its lying right now"
Taehyung blinked, not all too surprised but he did hope for some sort of decent answer, maybe something like- I drank it! Or maybe it was amazing, I think i might like to quit my alcoholism now-
