Chapter 19 - Competition

Third POV

Sofia went to Marne-le- Vallée to sightsee a bit more and explore. She told her friends that she was going there before she left.

Back to Hugo, Felix and Emma, they are at practice when their coach came to all of them.

The coach said in a cheery tone, "Enough practice for today folks!" "Today is the competition and it's in Marne-le-Vallée." "So let's get going!"

Everyone followed their coach to a bus.

While Hugo was staring out of the window. Emma and Felix decided to come up with a plan to get Hugfia to happen.

Emma's POV

I whispered to Felix, "Baby what are we going to do about Sofia and Hugo?" I added, "We need to come up with a plan to get them together in a way."

He smiled as he nodded, "Okay so we know Justin will throw a party or something like that after the competition."

I nodded as I smiled, "Yeah probably to impress Sofia because it looks like he likes her too."

He suggested as he kissed me on the cheek, "Okay so we'll convince Sofia to come with us to the party." "And we can get Hugo to dance with her."

I giggled quietly as I nodded, "Okay baby." We smiled at each other lovingly as we stared out of the window while I was cuddling in his chest.

Hugo's POV

We got to Marne-le- Vallée now and I saw Sofia sketching something on a bench. Not far from where we were having the competition.

I decided to creep up on her and surprise her. I tiptoed slowly. Once I was behind her, I yelled, "Surprise!"

She dropped the some book she was holding in shock. She jumped in shock as she turned to me, "Aaaah!" "Hugo!" "You scared the hell out of me!"

I laughed as I saw her flushed and shocked face, "Haha sorry but I just wanted to surprise you."

She giggled as she nodded, "Oh okay." There was an awkward moment of silence when she spoke, "Uhh what are you doing here?" Like in Marne-le-Vallée?"

I smiled softly as I suggested, "Ohhh, today's the ice skating competition so you can come to see and support us if you want to."

She nodded as she smiled, "Yeah sure I would love to."

We looked down to her book and we both went down at the same time only to accidentally bump heads with each other.

We apologised in unison, "I'm sorry." I got the book and looked in it, it had drawings of us, and some parts in Paris. I gave back to her, she smiled softly as we went to the ice rink.

I complimented her shyly as I walked with her, "Those drawings in your book are amazing."

She asked shyly as she smiled, "R-Really?" I nodded. She giggled as she looked at me, "Gee thanks but it's just a hobby of mine." "It's nothing special." I shoved her in the arm as I smiled softly, "Well it is." "Don't doubt that."

We got to the ice rink and there was quite the audience. Sofia was in the front row.

She gave out a wolf whistle as she shouting support for me, Em and Felix including Justin, "Go Hugo!" "Go Emma!" "Go Felix!" "Go Justin!" "Whoooo you'll do amazing!"

We laughed as we got ready to do our routines. I saw Sofia gave us an encouraging smile and a thumbs up. Everyone did their routine. The judges decided to make their decision.

The man announced as he smiled giving them medals, "The first place goes to Emma and Felix, second place goes to Hugo." "And third place goes to Justin!"

The man congratulated them as he smiled, "Thank you for everyone for coming in support and congratulations to the people who won!" "Hope you have a good day."

We all went to the edge of the ice rink to meet up with Sofia.

Felix's POV

We started talking about how the competition went. When Justin decided to announce something.

He announced, "By the way." "There will be a celebration at my hotel suite if anyone wants to come!"

Then he left. He winked at Sofia, making her roll her eyes at him with a smile.

I asked as I looked at Sofia, "So you going to the party Sof?"

She shrugged as she smiled, "Nah probably not."

Emma asked incredulously as she crossed her arms, "And why not?"

Sofia reminded us as she smiled softly, "Because I have a book to write remember?"

Me and Emma looked at each other and smirked. Puppy dog pout time.

We got on our knees, doing the cutest puppy dog pouts and pleaded dramatically, "Please please please come Sofia."

She laughed as she shook her head still looking at us. I gave Hugo a look to do it as well.

All of three of us started pleading her. Emma, me and Hugo said in unison as we looked at her, "Pwleaseeee Sofia."

She threw her hands in the air in frustration as she groaned, "Ugh fine but you all are impossible." "I'll go to the celebration, or party whatever it is okay?" She added with a giggle, "But please stop acting like goofballs."

We all laughed as we got off from the floor.
