Chapter 20 - Party

Emma's POV

We got ice cream to celebrate us in the afternoon. Me and Sofia went to shops to buy some dresses for Justin's party at his suite. Felix and Hugo went back to the hotel to relax and pick out clothes.

While we were searching for the perfect dress for her. I decided to start a conversation.

I started as I searched around, "Hey Sof?"

She said as she looked around, "Yeah?"

I asked curiously as I looked at her, "Do you want to hear the story of how me and Felix become a couple?"

She smiled teasingly as she looked at me, "Ohh really?" "Okay let's hear the budding romance story about you and your dork."

I whispered-yelled as I punched her in the arm, "Oh shut up!"

She giggled as I smiled shyly, "Anyways on with the story." She smirked as she nodded.

I started the story in a funny narrating voice walking around with Sofia, "So there was once a young teenage boy called Felix, along with his friend Hugo." "They are best friends even best bros if you want to say that."

I continued as I smiled remembering the memories when I met Felix, "One day, Emma came into the picture because of ice skating competition." "She was partnered up with Felix and Hugo with some girl." "The girl Emma, was very timid and shy, and kinda awkward at times but not all the time." "Felix introduced himself and was the little sunshine boy in her eyes and she knew she was in love with him."

I paused as I smiled shyly, "But she wasn't sure whether it was just her or him as well." "They got two months to know each other and come up with a routine together." "Along the way, Emma broke down her walls and Felix became even more happy." "In the end, they didn't win the competition but they won something better." She smirked as she looked at me. Before going to the fitting rooms to try on a dress.

I finished as I smiled softly, "They had each other."

She asked incredulously as she came out wearing the baby blue dress with lace material on her waist and her collarbone, "Aww that's cute." "But I don't get it why did you tell me that story?"

I sighed as I turned to her, "Because I think you should be more confident in yourself." I gasped as I looked at her, "Oh my gosh you look gorgeous!" "You have to buy that."

She smiled as she nodded, "Okay."

We brought the dress and we went to get ready for the party while waiting for our gentlemen tonight.

Felix's POV

Me and Hugo went to pick out to clothes to wear.

I advised as I got changed, "Dude I think you should be more confident in yourself." "And ask Sofia to dance with you when we're at the party at Justin's."

He asked as he got his jeans on, "Why?"

I raised an eyebrow at him as I stated the obvious, "Because it's obvious you like Sofia." "But you aren't doing anything about it."

He sighed as he nodded, "I know but I don't want to ruin the friendship we have Felix." He paused as he nodded, "But I'll think about what you said."

He asked incredulously as he turned to look at me, "What a goddamn minute." "How did you know I like Sofia?"

I stated playfully as I smirked, "Uh dude I'm an observant person." I added still smirking as I looked at him, "Of course I would know who my best bud likes." "And just so you know I approve of you and Sof and Emma does as well."

He rolled his eyes playfully as he smiled, "Well that's good to know Dad."

I said cheekily with a cheeky smile as I looked at him, "Oh and your Dad told me that you spoke to him and talked about some girl." "So that was helpful."

He exclaimed surprised as he looked at me, Wait what?!"

I said as I put my hands in air, "Kidding!" "Kidding."

He sighed as he shook his head at me while smiling.

We laughed as we got changed. Once we went downstairs and boy they looked gorgeous especially tonight. 

Hugo's POV

I saw Sofia and Emma waiting for us. We went down and they looked amazing. I turned to Sofia.

I saw she wore light makeup, her dress looked beautiful. She wore gold earrings along with a small bracelet, and for her shoes, some two- inch heels and her hair in a ponytail. But then I mentally slapped myself as I told myself, "We're just friends."

I said sincerely as I was still awe, "Y-You look amazing Sofia."

She smiled shyly as she tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear, "R-Really?" "Umm thanks."

We walked to his hotel suite. It was pretty big, there was lights and disco and lots of music.

We sat down on two separate tables. Emma and Sofia were talking about girl stuff probably for all I know.

I turned to Felix as he whispered, "Dude now or never."

I asked as I gave him a questioning look, "What do you mean?"

He gestured to Sofia. I sighed in frustration as I walked over to her, "Fine."

I cleared my throat as I bowed nervously to Sofia, "M'lady may I have this dance?"

She giggled as she nodded dipping into low curtsy clumsily, "Yes I will good sir."

We smiled nervously as we went to the dance floor. 

It was slow song to my surprise. I saw Felix and Emma smirking from the corner from my eyes. I saw Felix mouth, "Be confident."

I looked down to Sofia, who was smiling nervously and avoiding eye contact.

As we were dancing, I thought to myself, "Maybe all I need is a little confidence."
