Chapter 25 - The Book

Sofia's POV

I walked out with Hugo, Emma and Felix, Justin.

I called Jade to see if I could join them on their Europe tour.

It was ringing. Jade yawned, "Hey Sof." "What time is it?"

I said apologetically as I smiled, "Oh I'm sorry Jade did I wake you?"

She yawned, "No no it's fine."  She asked, "So what's up?"

I played with my hair as I bit my lip nervously, "Umm I was wondering if I could join my friends on their Europe tour?"

I was nervous about her answer. I heard Jade exclaimed over the phone, "Yes you can join them." "It's fine with me."

I gasped softly as I jumped up and down in excitement, "Really?" "Thank you Jade you're the best!" I heard Jade say smugly, "Oh I know."

I rolled my eyes playfully. I heard Jade saying, "I can heard you roll your eyes from here Sof." We shared a laugh together.

She asked incredulously, "By the way how's the book going?"

I answered with a smile, "It's going well." She asked I swear I heard a smirk in her voice, "Oooooh really?" "What's it about?"

I said smugly, "That's for me to know and you to find out later Jade."

I said as I looked at Hugo, "Anyways I got to go now bye Jade talk to you later."

Jade exclaimed, "Okay also say hi to your future boyfriend for me!"

I blushed slightly as I shook my head. I fired back at her playfully, "Oh shut up!" I heard her giggling and ended the call.

I walked to Hugo with the most brightest smiles you could see.

He asked incredulously as he turned to me, "So you coming with us?"

I nodded with excitement. Felix teased in a quiet voice but loud enough for us hear him, "Good otherwise Mr Right here would have been in the dumps if you couldn't make it." "And you know you two are made for each other~."

Emma was about to say something about me and Hugo again probably before I interrupted her off as I waved my index finger at her, "Don't you dare."

She just sighed as she smiled softly looking at me and Hugo with a smirk. We rolled our eyes at the same time smiling at them. Oh alias they will never change. Yet we wouldn't want it any other way.

We turned to Justin who was on the phone. He smiled shyly as he rubbed the back of his neck, "Hey Sofia you wouldn't mind sitting next to me on the plane flight to Spain?"

I blushed slightly. I turned to Hugo. He smiled sweetly at me. I mentally sighed to myself, "Why must love be so complicated?"

I answered as I nodded, "Yeah sure I would love." "As long as I'm in the middle of you and Hugo."

He nodded understandably as he smiled softly, "Yeah sure."

We started packing our suitcases together helping each other and the rooms were full of laughter from us.

I started writing on my laptop when we took a cab to the airport. I smiled tiredly as I stretched.

Hugo was sitting next to me. He chuckled shyly as he looked at me, "You tired there?"

I shook my head as I yawned, "No it's fine."

He asked draping his arm over my shoulder as he smiled, "So how's the book going?"

I gave him my laptop to read it. I bit my lip nervously as I mumbled playing with my hair, "How about you read some of it please for me?"

He sighed as he shook his head, "Princess you know I don't read romance books."

I pouted as I gave him my puppy dog eyes, "Pwleaseee Hugo for me?"

He groaned as he put his hands to his face turning a bit red? Mm wonder why.

He smiled softly as he nodded, "Okay fine for you."

I grinned as I launched myself on him giving him a hug, "Yay!"

He was surprised for a few minutes before relaxing and returning with the same embrace. Being a bit taller than me, he put his chin on the top of head. He buried his face in my hair for a second before pulling away.

He smiled gently as he nudged me on the side while saying with sincerity in his eyes, "By the way I will read it." "But just so you know you are amazing." "As a writer and person."

I blushed slightly. But then I shook it off quickly. He's just a friend.

I put my head on his shoulder while smiling softly. Letting him read it.

After 30 minutes, he sighed as he smiled at me, "It's ah-mazing."

I giggled as I smiled shyly, "Thanks." "You only read a bit of it right?"

He nodded as he smiled. Pretty soon we were told to go to our gate to get ready for our flight.

We got onto the plane. Emma and Felix were at the end of us teasing and making fun for each other in a playful way. Justin, who was on the window sit, was looking over their schedules, I'm in the middle of Hugo and Justin. Hugo was talking to someone over the phone as I wrote my book.

Halfway through the writing, I yawned but kept writing. Once I was done with the very long chapter about her friends and going to a different place. I was so tired that I dozed off on someone's shoulder again.
