"What kind of event even is going to be in that place!?" - You exclaimed after catching a sight of the building out of the car's window.

"Uh, you like it?" - Ash unsuccessfully tried to read your emotions, it was hard to say if you was excited because of how the building looked or was disappointed in that.

"I- I mean it looks so glamorous and everything but like... How rich is your old man?" - Asking in awe out of genuine curiosity, you raised an eyebrow not really caring about how impolite the question was.

"Let's say very." He chuckled looking at you the way he never did before. His eyes were filled with warmth and calmness at some point, it indeed suits him better than his usual cold expression.

The car has stopped and Ash, as a real gentleman, got out of it before you and held your hand to help you get up too. Your mouth opened again once you was able to look at the building so close. It was white huge house with three floors and a lot of panels. On the upper floor, you could see the windows that ran the length of the walls, from where came a beautiful sort of warm shade of yellow. There were a bunch of couples in addition to you two, they looked like real life dolls, this was kind of scary.

Ash gave you a final look, asking if you are ready to come in. You nodded at him and hugged his elbow, letting him lead you.

Insides of that house were even more glamorous, everything looked so clean and all shiny, waitresses with wine all around the floor, a lot of different lights and bunch of old men.

It's like a movie... - You thought to yourself.

You were just taking slow steps deeper into the building when Ash suddenly stopped. You looked into his eyes and for a moment they were... frightened? Probably just surprised by something.

"Hey, Y/N, you can go take a glass of wine, I need to talk to someone." He said instantly turning away.

As told, you got yourself some wine and, as a real nice lady you are, you drank the whole thing at a time, already preparing to take another one as if nothing just happened. Hehe.

"Oh, my dear Ash!"

"I am not your dear."

"How many times I've told you not to be so pouty, you should be grateful to have me."

"No, I'm good."

"Tsk, what do I do with you, huh?" - The old man crossed his legs under the table sipping his drink. "Anyway, I see you brought a nice girl here. You love her?"

"Dino, I'm not talking about my personal life to you. No, I don't."

"You are contradicting yourself, dear. She seems like a good girl, you should think about her as your future wife."

"How can you—... Uh, I will handle it myself. Even if I marry someone, she will not be your new toy or whatever plans you have, got it?"

"All witty." Man grinned. "You will change your mind."

You saw Ash coming back from wherever he's been to but something about him made you question yourself was he okay or not. He looked down, it is not how he would usually do.

"Are you okay?" - You asked genuinely caring about his current statement.

"Can we leave?"

At that moment he looked up at you and you surely did add this new kind of look to the list of your favorites, not considering that it was gloomy. It made you feel so many emotions.

These green eyes were sorrowful yet excited, it made no sense.

"Oh- I- Yes, of course, Boss, but why did we come here th–"

"Please." - Blondie interrupted you by the unexpected touch on your bare shoulder.

"Did you drink?"

"A little bit, you?"

"A little bit."

"Nice."

You ran outside and ordered a taxi. It was late already, so the wind was fresh and smelled like freedom for you. Both your and Ash's hair were floating exposing your faces fully. That's when you once again realized how beautiful he actually is, like a god.

Where are we going again?

Seeing that one familiar high building you started analyzing all the possibilities you currently have.

One, you should stay at his place and talk the things out, he really seemed upset back then, something must've happened that made him leave like that.

Two, stay and just have fun. When was the last time you two hung out and had fun? Or even better than just hanging out... No, okay, anyway.

Three, leave him be and go back to your home. You haven't been to your own house for a couple of day which is unacceptable, what if you forgot to turn off the lights or whatever?

Wisely comparing all of these three options, you chose having fun, it's the best you can do right now. Not like he's going to open up to someone like me.

You gradually made your way to his apartment from where you left a couple of hours ago.

"Boss, you have anything to drink?" - You asked falling onto a huge soft chair in his living room.

"If you mean alcohol, yes. I just wanted to ask you if you want some though." - Taking off his jacket, he disappeared in the doorway. "Are you okay with bourbon?"

At first your was a bit lost, bourbon is not a light juice after all.

"Yeah, why not."

Quickly remembering your plan, you opened your phone to download "Truth or Dare" game and waited impatiently for it to be finally downloaded, when Ash came back to the living room handing you the glass.

"Whatcha wanna do?" - He asked with his eyes closed, enjoying his warming up drink.

"We're gonna play "Truth or dare"! But I'm adding a rule: if someone refuses to answer or do the dare, we drink a shot." - You happily raised your hands but it did not really impress that blondie in front of you. "Aren't you excited?"

"Didn't you want to ask me first?" - He sighed. "Okay, let's try."

Aight, he is now gonna have fun.

Y/N, truth or dare? - the app said.

"Dare!" - not fearing anything you tapped on the "dare" button, immediately getting the task.

Try to make the person on your left smile while they keep a solid poker face.

"Boss, you have no chances."
