Past part-11 Confession

Chapter-36

Surya's POV:-

"I hope there won't be any conflicts raising between us in the future! And may I hope for the ship to reach my port by a week?" Mr. Edward asked getting up from his seat and Surya nodded in yes.

"It's a pleasuring dealing with you Mr. Rajput! You are so passionate and considerate for your age! Now I can see the words about you being the master mind behind the conquering of the underworld make sense!" Edward said and Surya just gave a small smile.

Later Mr. Edward left his place and Surya locked his office and went downstairs and saw David who is waiting for him.

He nodded at David who greeted him and motioned him to come along. They reached parking lot and David unlocked the car and Surya sat in the passanger seat as David hopped into driver's.

Their place where they deal their Mafia work is in outskirts of Delhi. In a deep forest.

The continued driving towards the city in silence. "So.. did you propose her?" David asked referring to Vanya.

Surya immediately remembered the last encounter in the ground which is now four months back! He sighed and shook his head in no making David sigh.

"You young people just know how to make life complicated!" David mumbled making Surya leave a humourless chuckle.

"You think it is easy" Surya said shaking his head sideways.

"What us easy then Surya? Nothing. Nothing is easy in life and the more time you take to show how you feel for the one you love... The more time you are wasting Surya.

            "I was like this when I was younger too... She was like fresh blooming flowers. Sweet... Innocent and beautiful! I was very afraid to go and confess her my feelings and thought to do so on the last day of our college but..." David trailed off and Surya looked at the despair in his eyes.

"Someone else proposed her on the same day and they both got together. I loved her? Yes! But I did waste my time." David completed.

But... His Vanya loves him right?

Author's POV:-

"Gosh! Why do they keep so many exams? These semisters will kill me one day. "Jhanvi said whining as she closed her book and laid her head on the table.

"Ushh! Stop being a drama queen." Vanya chided softly making Jhanvi scoff. It's been four months now since the past incident and she haven't seen Surya since then. She thought to keep his thoughts away and she do them successfully until every day night... Before going to sleep her mind always repeat his smile. His eyes... Him.. she can never get away from these feelings. That's for sure!

She doesn't even know why and how she fell for him! He doesn't even care for her!

She pushed his thoughts away and glanced at her wrist watch. The time is 12:30 in the night and she.closed her books.

They called off the day and closed ther eyes. Jhanvi's thoughts are occupied by Adwait. He indeed is a wonderful person and she couldn't just be more happy than she already is of possible! He is the best thing that can even happen to her. She is glad she met him.

She closed her eyes and let the darkness embrace her. The next morning Vanya and Jhanvi left to the college early in the morning and revised for sometime until the bell rang and they left to write their exams.

"Ah! That question was one easy one! You left it?" Vanya asked Jhanvi as they are sitting in the canteen of their college after completing the exam.

"Yeah! I mean I read it but I forget! But it's okay! I wrote the other-" "Hey" they both heard an unfamiliar voice and looked up at a boy who seemed flushed. Vanya rose her eyebrows and that boy looked flushed.

"I have small doubt can you explain?" He asked and Vanya nodded which made him sigh and sit in the seat beside her's.

      "This one." He stated and Vanya looked the question. "That question? Oh! I read it like 100 times! Let me tell you, here all you have to-" "GET THE HELL AWAY FROM HER YOU BASTARD." Surya screams and Vanya gasps when he threw a punch on that boy 's face.

"WHAT THE HELL SURYA-" he cut her off and dragged her out of the cafeteria, where they all were talking.

He dragged her to the back of the college and pushed her against the wall. She glared at him as he looked at her angrily. He pinned her bothe hands to her sides as he came near to her. "Dare I see you with any guy, next day you will find their dead bodies." Surya angrily whispered and Vanya huffed at him.

"Why do you care? Why it is paining you so much? You don't like me right, get lost, I am not going to listen to you." Vanya angrily said to him. "Say na! Say why it's paining you alot to see me with other guys? What the fuck is your problem?" She asked him and Surya's eyes softened at her. "Because..." He started breathing hard. "Because?" Vanya asked raising her eyebrows. "Because I LOVE YOU"

"Vanya... I love you..." Surya breathed joining their foreheads as he cupped her cheeks... and kissed her forehead...

"Fuck! It's becoming hard.... I am sorry I am so sorry for making you cry but. But it's all for your safety! I am so sorry Love! I am so sorry Señorita. Just don't leave me... Vanya! You don't know how hard it was for me... There isn't a day when I haven't thought about you and when I saw you here...." Surya said in a soft and he felt her wipe his corners of eyes and then he realised he is crying.

He looked into her eyes which held vulnerability, love, pain... All for him! Only for him... Surya felt something burning his heart... His eyes fell on her lips.

Vanya felt him looking at her lips and looked down. She felt happiness running all over her body. She felt content, happy and is afraid this is a dream.. a dream she is afraid to wake up from.

"Umm... You really love me?" Vanya asked shyly playing with her dupatta. Surya chuckled looking at her. He cupped her face and kissed her forehead. "More than you ever... In fact anyone can imagine. My heart is engraved with your name on it Vanya Subramanyam... I have tried not to fall! But alas! I realised I have already fallen for you... Long back... Now... tell you love me too!" Surya said and Vanya smiled through her tears.

"I love you Surya Rajput"
