“You are the light I desired in my dark times .. you are the sky I desired when I was on earth. You are the warmth my cold heart wants... You are the one I wish to dedicate my life..”
~AnyaChapter-16
Adwait's POV:
The time seemed to pass slower as I stared at the lifeless pale figure in-front me... maybe it's my stupidity that made us like this or maybe my lack of strength in facing this trauma...
Death is a word I fear for, not for me but for my loved ones... I know that I should have been considerate about her but the fact that I lost my another blood relation on the same day of my family death made something so disturbing to my heart and at that time I was very angry...
I grew up in a family where love and compassion with loyalty is important than anything.. not even money is spared between the love and relations... that's what my mother said and I deeply cherished those words..
I was never a materialistic person ... when I was around 3 my mom became pregnant with my little sister who is my life... when she was born she was so much looking like my mother that I instantly took a liking of her despite of my parents neglecting me because of her, I guess it's common for everyone who has a younger sibling cause they will be the younger and the most adorable. At first I was angry but I cannot resist her charms.. her name Adira. She is a very small cute cucumber and I loved a lot.
When she held my fingers with her full hands and gave me a toothless grin that's when the game was over... my parents me and Adi... we loved each-other and cherished eachother. That was a week before Adi's birthday... I was in home because me and Surya wanted to play the new video game in his home while my parents went to buy dress for my little sister. We were so badly indulged in our game when me and Surya were called by his father. He had a disturbing expression...
"Adwait your parents.." he dropped the bomb saying they all three were dead in a car accident... my relatives didn't even let me see them properly... they all ever wanted was my property... no one opened their arms for me.. no one welcomed me but my dad's little sister whom he adored so much did... she didn't do much but sent me to a hostel where the food was not even nice to eat.. the sudden disappearance of my family left a huge hole in my heart. Surya's father took very good care of me but still the void haven't left. Surya forced his father to make him join in the same hostel as mine and without any choice his father did... we both never comforted each other with words... I didn't sympathize neither he, we just used to stay in each other's presence which used to comfort us.
My relatives never let me in the family. I was always left alone... They all were so greedy for money that my presence seemed burden for them.. some of them even has dare to send people to kill me but Surya? He always protected me. He used to scold me for not taking stand for myself. If I am something today it is definitely because of him.
My boring life got cheery because of the woman here... she is just like sun in the universe... a star yet very unique and with out her.. my world seemed to lost its light.. I promise you jaan... things wont be the same after you wake up....
Author's POV:
The pitch darkness is making it invisible to the people there. The rustling of things can be heard as they all are afraid of their life in an unknown area desperately trying hard to save their lives from the monster.
The moon light is illuminating but still it's kinda dark so they are often stumbling over rocks as they are running. The men who are are running are tired but they can't stop running because they know that if they do then they will become a prey to the monster.
But soon they saw light. A light which is very bright and made their eyes shut immediately. The light is from the headlights of few cars and a man in his late 20's got down from the driver seat. The men who are running away looked at the devil himself standing in a balck pants and white shirt tucked and sleeves rolled.
With every step he took it looked as if a great demon made his way on earth and the light made it look way too more scarier than one can imagine.
The man took his pistol and aimed at them. He shot them one by one and they were all dead for good in few minutes.
The man made his way towards those bodies and sat on the ground. "Hurting her is like hurting the Rajput's you will pay for it..." He said and ordered his men to clear the mess and asked to send the bodies to their boss.
A call interrupted him and he looked at the ID... It's him... His best friend. "Surya.. everything done?" He asked in a calm manner. "Everything done." Saying this he made himslef comfortable in his car as his best man Dhruv. " You know that it's by a local gang leader and you don't have to use this much man power right?" Asked Dhruv.
" They are sent by Anvith. That asshole wanted to kill my blood. Tomorrow we are going to bring down his company. Cease his property.. and then make him beg on streets." Surya said as he smirked.Dhruv gave him a cheeky smile. "All for your lady love huh? I wonder what magic she has done to tame this creature." He said chuckling. " She don't really have to work hard to tame me... Her smile and presence is enough." Said Surya looking into the Sky.
" So now the misunderstandings are clear... Will you patch up with her?" Asked Dhruv.
" She won't think twice to kick me in groin if I go and ask her hand for marriage." Said Surya in a depressed tone to which Dhruv laughed. "Laugh all you want asshole. Oneday will come where you can't even breath without your lover beside you." Said Surya. " Baby.... Iam not Surya Rajput to have childhood sweetheart nor Iam Adwait Singhal to have juniors chasing me." Said Dhruv snorting.
"Who will fall for a grumpy man like you anyway." Surya said and laughed hard. " I wonder how Bhabi managed to bare you! You are the meanest creature Surya Rajput!" Yelled Dhruv making Surya laugh more.
