Past part-15 Cost of Life

Chapter-40

Vanya's POV:-

I still couldn't catch my sleep. I closed my eyes tightly when I heard some commotion down in my home. I frowned at that. Ma and Papa are long asleep! Who could it be?

I went down and saw that the door to my parents room is opened. I peeked inside to see it empty.

I went downstairs hurriedly and saw few men having my father and mother in their hands. "What the hell! Vanya! Run." My father said and without thinking twice I took the vase on ly left and threw that on a man who came to hold me. He dodged that off and someone from behind caught my hair making me scream. I tried and wriggled but he slapped me hard. My father and mother are trying their best to get out of their grip.

Soon that man from behind lifted me while other came and plastered me. I looked at my parents who are also getting taped on their mouth and are getting tied. I closed my hard and tried to kick him but he slapped my butt hard making my eyes go wide... I struggled alot but they dumped me in some car and I realised that I was being kidnapped from my own home, and not only me, even my parents are in danger! What the hell is happening.

"Yes boss."

"Yes, we got her."

" Soon sir. In ten minutes."

Tears are rolling from my face and the plaster on my mouth is suffocating me. With all the crying and all the suffocation feeling I can feel my head getting heavy.

Soon after sometime the van is pulled into a break and all these men started leaving. They dragged me with them and made me enter into an old bungalow.

My heart started to beat faster as I can  see various men stopping their work and looking at me. I can feel their lusty gaze on me making me want to get invisible. I am pushed into a room which is dark. My hands are still tied. I closed my eyes in fear when I felt someone near my left.

"Beautiful." That voice mumbled and I closed my eyes tighter when that hand touched my cheeks. I sobbed hard and tried to wriggle but that man held my hair hard making me wince. But my cries are muffled due to the plaster and the lack of breath is causing me to choke.

I was pushed into the corner of the room and I opened my eyes. A man who is having a mask on his face greated me.

He took hold of my legs making me flinch in fear and my heart started beating fast, like real fast that I can hear my own heartbeat. Fear gripped my whole body and tears are leaking from my eyes. Unknown to me I started chanting Surya's name inside my mind and my heart screamed when that man tied both of my legs with a rope so tight that I can feel my legs go numb.

That's when I heard a familiar voice. "God just look at her fearful face." The man who tied my legs laughed removing his mask finally. I gasped inwardly when I saw Kunal.

I felt disgusted even looking at him. He removed the plaster on my face roughly making me wince.

" You fucking asshole." I gritted when he bent to my level. "Oh my god! Fiesty huh?" He asked now trailing his fingers on my arms making my breath hitch with fear.

"What do you want?" I asked him gathering myself. " Revenge. From you and from your boyfriend." He said sitting down infront of me. He looked at me while I just squirmed under his gaze.

"Now I know what made Surya hit me." He mumbled softly looking at me.

"What?" I asked looking at him when a man entered inside the room and sat beside Kunal.

"Your beauty Vanya. You are so beautiful, a temptress. No wonder he fell for you. Who won't?" He mumbled looking away.

What the hell is he talking? I mean-

I suddenly heard the breaking of glasses and the door which was locked opened with a thud and my eyes went wide and fear gripped me instantly when I saw Surya... Drenched in blood with fury in his eyes. The guy beside Kunal ushered him to get up and they both got up. I no longer can see their faces.

"Finally, we are he-" I hear firing sound and everything fell into silent...

I want scream, scream loud as tears fell out of my eyes. My heart is beating faster when I saw Kunal body falling on the ground with thud. I can see the guy next to him standing there in utter shock. "HOW DARE-" "Leave." Surya's voice is different.

"Leave before I kill you. Leave before I fucking shred you into thin pieces and give you as a feast to my dogs." That guy scrambled out of the room leaving a last look at Kunal... Who is now dead.

The rage in his eyes is not leaving. "ADWAIT." Surya screamed and I flinched. He is not even looking at me. "Take Vanya and leave." He ordered and Adwait bhaiyya came and removed the ropes. I immediately rubbed my arms and legs. They are paining a lot.

He took my hand and I looked at Surya who is looking straight. I freed my hand from Adwait bhaiyya's hold and hugged Surya from back and placed a kiss on his back. I feel his body tensing up.

I immediately started walking towards bhaiyya and he lead me the way out. I saw man who looked as old as my father. He greeted me and I greeted him back. I sat in the back seat as they waited for Surya I think as they still didn't start the vehicle.

I kept my legs on the seat and looked at my ankles where Kunal tied ropes. There are red marks around my ankles and wrists and they are paining alot. I hugged myself closer and kept my face down sobbing.

Surya's angry face and blood over his clothes flashed in my mind making my fear increase. I felt someone entering inside car and didn't dare to lift my head as I familiar perfume hit my nostrils. I felt him lift me from my place and drag me to him as he removed my hair to one-sided and took breath my neck placing a small kiss over the joining of my shoulder and neck.

"God! I missed you" he mumbled before I felt a strong headache pass through me as the world infront of me turned black...

Author's POV:-

"She blacked out." Surya said trying to wake his Vanya up.

"Looking at you like who was like a mad dog on rampage, no wonder she did " Adwait said earning a sigh from Surya. He don't know how to react now.

When he was talking to David he saw group of men leaving in a van. For few minutes they lost the time and he had to send Dhruv to her home. Where he was shocked to find her parents tied. Dhruv took care of men there and through their words, they were able to trace his Love.

"Don't worry, she must have been shocked." David said through mirror. When asked he came to knew that David was sent to his father since somehow his father came to know about Vanya and wanted to take her to a safe place.

Atleast he could have informed me. These thoughts made Surya's mind messed up and as he was about to call his father he saw the incident.

He was angry... Very angry to know that Kunal touched what is his.

    Vanya Subramanyam is the possession of Surya Rajput. If anyone touches her, even if it is by mistake... They have to pay for it in only one way, their life...
