Special Mission: A Date With Dare

A/N: So if this was an actual game then if you watch the entirety of the credits, you'd unlock this mission. Song really sets the mood. Especially since it's almost got a "we've been through hell and back" feeling. Also, art by me... Only drawn Dare once before and I kinda tweaked her design a little and it looks a "little" rough, lol.

"Enjoy your reward."

Arnec and Dare were at Angel Island where they were together at a pool. Dare and him sat by each other, eating some food by the water. She looked at him
"So... With the angel wings..."
"They took me by surprise as well! I remember shortly after we first met, I said that my mother was an angel to me. I guess there's some secrets she didn't even know about herself. Guess I'm a true nephilim then..."
"And that means?"
"Just a fancy way of saying that I'm officially half and half. That power though, it felt like it was almost like my mother, lifting me up. I don't know if I can use it again. I've... Tried for the past week, but to no avail sadly. My demon form still works though, so there is that. So you know I'm not totally worthless..."
"Arnec, we talked about this..." Dare said, smiling. Arnec smiled back "Yeah, with you I am worth something.Thanks Dare, for everything..." Arnec said, blushing. Dare smiled as she went by his ear "You get done, you need to come with me."
"Alright." Arnec responded. He finished his food and followed Dare. She led him to a tree in a quiet meadow and sat down. A few seconds later she motioned him to sit down. Arnec smiled as he sat down. Both looked at each other and smiled as the breeze blew their hair into their faces. "Thanks... For actually letting me go on a date with you. After all the crazy stuff, didn't think you'd find the time." Arnec said, blushing. "Well I do kinda owe you. You saved my life and nearly killed yourself just to make sure that I was safe." Dare said as they looked at each other. Arnec blushed before Dare climbed onto his lap, her hands on his shoulders. They had a quick smooch before kissing again, deeper this time. Dare grabbed his wrists and pinned him to the ground, the soft blades of grass rubbing against the back of Arnec's head. Dare's little Hedgehog tail wagged from side to side as she pushed his wrists more. They rolled over, both smiling at each other. Deep blue met cyan and they were making out again. Arnec picked her up and sat her on his lap as he rested against the tree. His hands then slowly glided up her sides and into her jacket, where they would stay as Dare laid on top of him. After a minute or two, they separated, smiling at each other. "Love you." Dare said as she looked into his teal eyes. He smiled as he looked at her deep blue eyes "Love you too." he said as she rested her head against his chest. Both fell asleep in the shade...

A/N: So... Yeah, this happened, lol. Doing a "What if?" side story that involves the Metal Virus and an alternate timeline. Dunno when that'll be up. Also here's a fun fact. This chapter had been mostly ready to go up for a while, but I wanted to draw Arnec and Dare together. I may prefer Arnec X Tangle but him and Dare are cute together in my opinion.
