Massachusetts POV

I was standing randomly in the living room not know what I was doing, it was freaky how they all died. Something flashed in front of my and I flinched but still stood where I was, it was a tall skinny looking person. The person had on no clothes and they looked burnt and they were taller than Russia, the person was 9'5 and his skin was as dark as charcoal and looked more dehydrated than a dessert skeleton. The man reappeared again for a split second and pushed me over and I fell, I sat up then I stood again and walked to the kitchen and stood in there for a few second, I saw Delaware flash in front of me for a few seconds, "Dela?" I asked, "follow." I heard in my ear then footsteps and I followed them to the front door then they stopped and the door unlocked and opened, yet I didn't question.

Down by the bay (down by the bay)

I heard the footsteps continue outside, it was dark out and I questioned, did I really stand there for that long? I continued to follow the steps until we reached the bay and the footsteps stopped and I looked at the water creatures swimming in it.

Where the watermelon grows (where the watermelon grows)

I stare at the water and get closer the creatures more visible and they start trying to lash out towards me. Their hands close to my ankles I back up a little then the ghost tells me, 'forward' and I hesitate.

For if I do (for if I do)

I get closer taking small steps, closer, and closer, the creatures giggling and screaming at me to come closer in their foggy voices. The laughter sounded like children and the screaming as loud as when the waves crash against the rocks the hands deforming looking like seaweed trying to grab to you and wrap it's vines around you.

My mother will say (my mother will say)

I felt a hard push on my back and I was sent crashing into the squirming seaweed that wrapped around me quickly. I was pulled under water the wet vines wrapping around my body as I was kept there and bubbles from my nose and mouth rushed out to the surface everything went black after what felt like a flash of reality.
