Drowning
South Caroline's POV
I sat at the beach on a rather sad, and gloomy day, the sand was grey looking and the ocean had a dull color to it. I sighed and got up walking to the water and let my feet get washed over by the shallow water and stood there for a few moments enjoying the moment. After a while, a went into the water and started swimming around enjoying the slightly rough waters. I sighed and dove in swimming all the way to the bottom of the ocean floor and swam against it for a few seconds before going to swim up to the surface then realized my foot had caught onto something.
I looked back and panicked letting out a breath bubbles floating to the surface and swam back to try and undo the seaweed. I tried ripping it off but it was stuck, why was it so strong? I questioned and went to try and undo the seaweed that had secured itself around my ankle but when I couldn't take it anymore my body automatically took a breath in and I ended up choking on water and trying to breath in more. I struggled against the plant that was welded into the sand but wouldn't budge and I felt water fill my lungs up and I choked more. Everything hurt too much, my through and my nose hurt like hell as I was dying.
Eventually, everything died out to black and I my consciousness faded to nothing.
