■3rd Person POV■
Ushijima is waiting near the girls' dormitory area. Today is Saturday and days ago Ushijima asked Y/N to accompany him looking for new shoes.
Ushijima sees Y/N running his way. She's panting a little, and she stops in front of Ushijima. Y/N looks up to see Ushijima in his casual outfit. It's been a while since she saw him like this. Ushijima really is an attractive man.

Ushijima: why are you running?
Y/N: I uh... I'm sorry I'm running late... Akane is... uh
~Flashback~
Akane: I can't allow you to get attached to that man again!
Y/N: A-Akane... Wakatoshi is waiting... he, I just come to accompany him... I mean, after all, I'm his friend...
Akane: he rejected you... making my sweet friend cried... how am I going to let you walk into that emotionless hunk?
Y/N: uh, Akane the water is boiling!
Akane: huh? No!
Akane turns back and a split second later she realizes that they're in their room, there's no stove. Y/N tricked her and runs out of the room.
Akane: Y/N!!!
~End of Flashback~
Y/N sighs remembering what happens with Akane in their room earlier.
Ushijima: what's wrong with her?
Y/N: uh... ah nothing...
Ushijima took his handkerchief out of his pocket and reaches out to wipes Y/N's sweat.
Y/N's body stiffens at the touch of the soft fabric and Ushijima's gentle hand on her cheek.
Ushijima: you needn't run... it's not that late... come on
With that Ushijima turns around and waits for Y/N to walk next to him. Y/N gulps and walks next to him and the two go to the sports store.
■Ushijima's POV■
We've arrived at the sports stations and head to the volleyball section. I look at the shoes on display trying to find something that'll fit me well.
Y/N: Wakatoshi... um, this one looks good...
Y/N points at a pair of shoes, they do look nice. I take them and sit on the bench to try them on.
Y/N: uh... it's just my opinion... but maybe Wakatoshi has something else in mind...
I stare at her as she nervously fidgeting. I don't like how she's nervous around me now. She used to be more comfortable around me.
Ushijima: no... I'll take this one... thank you for helping me to choose...
