Later that morning,

The first one to join the others in the kitchen was Jasmine

"Well hello birthday girl" Alejandro smirked at her

"Shut up" Jasmine scoffed at him and went to make some coffee for herself

"Geez rude much?" Alejandro rolled his eyes

"Mommy can we finally have cake now? Uncle Ricky said we'd have to wait for you" Angel mentioned

"Yes please can we have cake now?" Nicole added

"Sure" Jasmine answered and cut both of them a slice of cake before she cut herself a slice too and somewhat aggressively took a bite of it

"I know birthdays suck for the fact you're getting older but it also means you got to spend another year with your loved ones" Alejandro mentioned

"I don't care about that ok? I'm just frustrated because of something else" Jasmine mentioned and glared at him while she took another bite of her cake

"The day is still young, enough time to have birthday sex" Alejandro replied and rolled his eyes at her

"What is that?" Nicole and Angel asked

"A very bad thing to say, uncle Alejandro needs a time out and he doesn't get to have a piece of cake until the other guests arrive" Jasmine answered

"Say sorry and promise to not say bad words again" The girls adviced him

"Sorry Jaz, can I please have cake now?" Alejandro mentioned and smiled at Jasmine

"No you can't have cake now" Jasmine answered

"Do you want mines?" Nicole asked him and handed him her plate with the half left slice of cake

"Aw sweetie it's ok I'll wait till the other people are here" Alejandro replied "You enjoy your slice of cake ok" He smiled at her

"Ok" Nicole nodded

Once the girls finished their cake they went back to play with their toys in the living room while Jasmine finished her coffee in the kitchen and Ricky and Alejandro finished their breakfast too

"Where's Michael?" Ricky asked, since he'd expected him and Jasmine to arrive together instead of just Jasmine

"Somewhere whishing Nina was there too" Jasmine mentioned

"Wait what?" Ricky frowned at her

"Apprantly I'm not good enough for him" Jasmine scoffed

"I never said that" Michael replied, joining them in the kitchen

"No you showed that, that is more painful than words" Jasmine answered

"No, I... Can we talk" Michael replied "Alone" He added and looked at Ricky and Alejandro who were pretending to not listen to their conversation

"Sure" Ricky nodded and pulled Alejandro with him, back to the living room

"You realized I could never physically replace Nina so you left the room and finished up using memories of her?" Jasmine asked while crossing her arms

"No.... I just... Look I want to move on and be with you the way you deserve it but part of me can't let go of her and a part of me thinks you'll leave me if I do move on with you" Michael told her "And hey atleast you did get to 'finish'" He added

"So you never finished?" Jasmine asked, raising her brow at him

"And it's starting to annoy me you do this to me all the time" Michael replied
