A month later, March 26th 1992,

Janet was visiting Jasmine to ask her for advice for her pregnancy since she figured Al and Ricky probably told Michael and Jasmine about it, since they're, well mostly Al is over the moon happy with becoming a dad

"Ouch" Jasmine groaned and held her seven month old babybump "Angel wasn't this active in there" She added while rubbing the aching spot the baby just kicked her, hard enough to see it's footprint at the moment of the kick

"I hope this one doesn't have a Latin temper" Janet gasped looking at her own stomach

"I think this one already wants to copy it's daddy and uses my womb as it's personal dancestudio" Jasmine mentioned, feeling the baby kick some more, not as hard as before but still hurtful

"When did you get the first kick?" Janet asked her

"With this one or with Angel?" Jasmine asked

"Both?" Janet answered

"Angel was really quiet in there, I barely noticed her, sometimes I wondered if she was still breathing because I never really felt her move around but this one started to kick a month ago and sometimes keeps me awake at night with how active he or she is" Jasmine answered "Like this" She gasped when the baby gave her one of it's extra hard kicks, having it's footprint showing on the outside

"Oh my gosh, that must hurt" Janet gasped

"It does" Jasmine answered and rubbed her stomach to ease the aching and in the hopes it calms the baby down

"What makes it stop?" Janet asked

"He or she does calm down when your brother holds me and massages my bump" Jasmine answered "It's like the baby doesn't want him to leave the house, when Michael's home the baby is much calmer but when he's out of the house the baby loves to hurt me" She added

"Oh no, I hope my child won't be like that, it's not like I can ask Al to hold me, I'm sure Ricky won't like that" Janet sighed

"I won't like what?" Ricky asked, carrying two heavy bags with groceries and placed them on the kitchen counter

"If the baby behaves like Jaz's, only calming down when the father holds Jaz, I can't ask you guys that, you know since we're just Co parenting and not anything else" Janet replied

"Oh... Well I guess you could stay at the bungalow with us the last few months of the pregnancy" Ricky told her

"Really?" Janet asked him

"Yes, neither of us wants to miss anything, like the first kick and when your water breaks" Ricky answered

"Thank you" Janet replied

Later that day,

By the time Michael came home everyone else was asleep, he found Janet in of the guestrooms, both Angel and Nicole sharing one of their beds with the pieces of Lego and their Barbie dolls spread on the bed too

"How did you get this number?" he heard Jasmine ask someone at the other end of the phone before she switched over to Spanish but by the tone in her voice he figured it wasn't a very friendly conversation "... Puedes decirle que caiga muerto, ¡porque para mí ya lo está! (You can tell him to drop dead, because to me he already is!)" She replied before she hung up and threw the phone against the wall "Hijo di puta" She cursed and looked at the broken pieces of what once was her phone "Shit I need that phone for the bakery" She realized and sighed

"Fernando?" Michael asked, assuming she was mad because somehow her ex husband got a hold of her phone number since he didn't know anyone else that could be the reason for Jasmine to be so upset

"Si El Diablo had the nerve to ask his secretary to hire a private detective to find out my contact information so he could take half of my bussines away from me, claiming I signed the ownership of the building for my bakery before I signed the divorce papers, which is total bullshit because I didn't" Jasmine explained "You know he didn't even ask about his daughter, not that he has any rights to her because officially you're her father on paper not el pendejo" She continued

"Do you want me to put a lawyer on it? I know a few" Michael suggested

"Not yet" Jasmine answered "Can I borrow your phone tho? I need to call Patrice to let her know I'm still alive but I need to get a new phone" She asked

"Sure" Michael answered and handed her his phone

"Thank you" Jasmine smiled at him and called Patrice

"Oh no did something happen to Jasmine? It's the baby isn't it?" Patrice gasped, expecting something bad to have happened to Jasmine for Michael to call her

"No, it's me, I just wanted to let you know I kind of smashed my phone and now it's broken" Jasmine mentioned

"Damn girl, what happened?" Patrice gasped

"El hijo di puta had his secretary to call me after a private detective found out my number and now El Diablo wants part ownership of the bakery, claiming he has rights to it, El pendejo didn't even ask about his daughter, not that she's his anyway because on paper Michael's her father but still he could've asked about her but no it's all about wanting to take my bussines away from me" Jasmine explained

"The nerve of that guy, seriously what did you ever see in him?" Patrice asked

"I don't know, I guess I was young, stupid and naive when I met him?" Jasmine sighed

"Do you want me to call my uncle? He's a lawyer" Patrice asked

"No, not yet, I'm sure the idiot will try to call me a few more times" Jasmine replied

"Get a private detective to watch him so you can take over his bussines he had while you were married to him, you said he was talking about moving to New York for a while, right? And he left so quickly so he must've had purchased a home there before he signed the divorce papers, meaning you are entitled to half of that place, he has to buy you out then" Patrice suggested

"You mean play it dirty like he does?" Jasmine asked

"Yes make him go bankrupt, that's what he deserves" Patrice told her

"I don't know, I'm not that diabolic" Jasmine mentioned

"Girl he wants your bakery so you've every right to claim his house or apartment in New York" Patrice told her

"Ok remind me to never piss you off" Jasmine smirked

"You? Never" Patrice replied
