Chapter 14

Two days later,

Jasmine was allowed to go home with the promise to take it easy, she wasn't allowed to work yet, thankfully she has enough staff to fall in for her at the bakery and delivering the orders too

Michael suggested that Jasmine and Angel could stay at the Ranch for a while, atleast until Jasmine was fully recovered and allowed to go back to her bakery to work in a few weeks

While Jasmine stayed at the guestroom, next to Nicole's room where Angel and Nicole made it their room instead of just Nicole's room, they wrote both their names with permanent marker on the outside and inside of the door when Ricky was on the phone with Michael that afternoon and Jasmine was taking a nap

"What happened here?" Michael asked Nicole once he got home and saw her door on his way to his room

"Ricky and Miss Jasmine said it wasn't nice to destroy property that was not ours" Nicole mentioned, avoiding to look at her dad

"Well they do have a point, you should've asked it before you decided to draw on the door" Michael replied

"You're not mad like my mommy?" Angel asked, shocked

"No, Nicole knows the walls are off limits to draw on, I should have included doors too but as long as it's only Nicole's door you girls drew on I can't be too mad" Michael answered

"Love you daddy" Nicole smiled and hugged him

"Yes you're nicer as my mommy" Angel added and hugged him too

"Why don't you girls get ready for dinner? I heard Ricky made lasagna" Michael mentioned

"The only food he can make, auntie Toy said" Nicole told Angel while she led her to the kitchen, having Michael shake his head before continuing his way to his room, down the hall, bumping into Jasmine who just came out of the shower, dressed in a robe and a towel in her hair

"Oh hi" Jasmine blushed

"Um hi" Michael replied, swallowing and cleared his troath "H- how are you feeling?" He asked

"I'm ok, thank you" Jasmine answered "I'm sorry about Angel destroying your property with permanent markers" she apologized

"It's no problem, it's only Nicole's door, I told her not to draw on the walls so technically she didn't break the rules" Michael mentioned

"I'll still cover the costs to get the door cleaned proffesinally" Jasmine replied

"It's no problem, I'll just leave it like that" Michael answered "What else happened here today?" He asked

"The girls wanted a puppy and two kittens but Ricky changed their minds, they ended up watching Cinderella twice" Jasmine told him

"Nicole's obsessed with that movie, she wants a dress like that since forever" Michael mentioned

"Angel too and Belle's dress too" Jasmine replied

"Yes that one too" Michael nodded

"Daddy, Ricky says dinner is ready in five minutes!" Nicole announced

"Ok thank you" Michael answered "Um see you in a few minutes in the kitchen" He mentioned to Jasmine

"Si, see you in the kitchen" Jasmine replied and went into the guestroom to get dressed while Michael changed his suit for some comfortable at home wear, a shirt and sweatpants

After dinner both Nicole and Angel went to Nicole's room to play with Legos while Ricky, Jasmine and Michael enjoyed some wine in the living room once they finished the dishes
