Chapter 83

Janet was frontpage news the day before about her out of the blue marriage news, today it was Michael on every cover of every paper and magazine, talking about the fortune he spend at the local jewelry store

Some tabloids went even as far as saying Jasmine told him to buy all that jewelry or she'd leave him, others said the jewelry was a peace offer because they were on the verge of a divorce and their latest baby was only the result of them trying to fix their marriage, obviously that attempt failed, so jewelry was the next and perhaps last attempt to fix a marriage that was heading towards a nasty divorce, including a shit load of lawyers who would make sure either Jasmine or Michael would get to raise the children, shared custody was already thrown out of the window as the most logical option

"....but aren't they both invited to Janet's wedding party?" One of two news anchors asked the other one

"Maybe they'll both bring their new date?" The other one replied

"Maybe Jasmine was dating someone else the whole time and her latest baby isn't even Michael's?" The first one wondered

"That would explain the infamous airport scene" The second one mentioned and looked at the screen where they showed the footage of Michael and Jasmine arguing at the airport before they got lost in a passionate kiss "Remember some passengers of the airline plane Jasmine was on said they were sure she was leaving him" He added

"I wouldn't blame him if he dumped her, I mean she probably cheated on him and left before he would find out when the baby was born and she took the kids with her in the hopes she gets the custody over them" The female host replied

"A few big things will happen in the family then, a wedding, a divorce and Janet's new baby" The male host mentioned

"And maybe a second wedding, the Latina that's been rumored to be Tito's girlfriend was spotted wearing an engagement ring earlier this morning" The female host replied

"Oh my goodness Ana and Tito are engaged!" Al gasped and turned the TV off

"That's all you heard?" Ricky asked while he finished getting dressed after his shower earlier

"No, but the rest is bullshit, we all know Michael and Jaz aren't getting divorced and Dahlia is Michael's too and you aren't marrying Janet either" Al replied

-- Meanwhile,

Michael and Jasmine woke up, realizing Dahlia slept all night, instead of waking up for her 3 AM feeding

"Did you feed her?" Jasmine asked

"No, I didn't hear her cry either" Michael replied and got out of their bed, picked Dahlia up from her crib next to their bed, waking her up and having her start to cry for breakfast right away

"I'll feed her" Jasmine mentioned and took her over from Michael before she helped Dahlia to latch onto her breast

"So beautiful" Michael mentioned

"Yes she is" Jasmine smiled

"I mean you and the whole breastfeeding thing, it's just... beautiful how that works, I mean you can feed her whenever, without needing to make her a bottle of formula and everything" Michael replied

"True" Jasmine agreed

A few hours later,

While Michael and Jasmine relaxed on the couch once Miguel and Dahlia layed down for their nap and Angel and Nicole were at school, they were interrupted by Juana and Tito who made their way into the house
