Chapter 64

A few weeks later,  September 10, 1992,

Everyone was preparing for the tour in a few months and also for Janet to give birth since she could go into labor any day now, she had moved in at the Ranch six weeks ago, in the bungalow next to Ricky and Al's

Al took a few weeks off of his job too, to be there for Janet and his child, they weren't happy with him taking time off but he told them he's taking the time off anyway, they told him he doesn't have to come back anymore after his time off was over, he just hasn't told the others yet

Ricky and Michael worked from the at home office and had meetings with Frank and tour related staff there as well as discussing the travel plans and locations too

Jasmine was at the bakery and preparing Patrice to take over for a while because she'll be going with Michael on tour in a few months

They also made an arrangement with the school, they'd get enough homework and tasks for the girls with them that they've to send back each month to the school and the school would call if they need to pay extra attention to certain subjects and how the girls are doing

"Auntie Janet will your baby cry like our baby?" Angel asked while she sat down next to her and looked at Janet's baby bump while Nicole was helping Al in the kitchen with making lunch and their brother was having a nap

"Yes, because he or she will be a baby and babies just cry a lot because they can't talk yet" Janet explained and rubbed her stomach, feeling the baby kick

"And the baby will live with all of us?" Angel asked

"Yes and me too" Janet answered

"Yay" Angel smiled and hugged her

"I think we need a nanny for the tour, I mean you'll be busy with the security and Al would probably fly back and forth a lot, I mean I don't think he can take off for nearly two years and dumping all kids on Jaz isn't fair either" Michael mentioned

"I heard Janet say she will visit a lot too with the baby" Ricky mentioned

"We never had to hire a stranger to look after the kids and I don't want to but do we have a choice?" Michael replied and sighed

"I'd almost ask Al to quit his job and be the nanny" Ricky mentioned, not being serious

"That would be the ideal scenario since the girls like him too and we trust him, but you can't ask that of him, besides he's in sales and promoting so it's a complete diffrent lifestyle, he'd go from suits everyday to casual wear and running after kids instead of dealing with bussinesmen and women all day" Michael replied

"I can always ask him" Ricky suggested

"No, he'd feel guilty for turning the idea down" Michael told him

"True" Ricky sighed "So we should start looking for a nanny willing to travel too?" He asked

"Sadly" Michael sighed

"Should we let Frank do the interviews and select a few for us to choose from?" Ricky asked

"No, I trust you to interview and select someone" Michael told him

"A woman or a guy?" Ricky asked

"I don't know, I think the best option would be a lesbian woman because she won't try to come between Jaz and me and if it's a he and he's gay it could cause trouble between you and Al" Michael suggested

"Technically if she's lesbian she could have a thing for Jaz too, you know?" Ricky replied

"I don't want a straight guy either, he'd probably try to steal Jaz while I'm on stage, so that's a definite no" Michael told him
